Name in your computer: Monae Updated review to add pictures and to say, please go back to the original soy sauce (Kari-Out Co with the Panda) and stop using Kimlan Soy Sauce; Kimlan isn't good. It'll have your food tasting entirely different. I've been eating here for 2 yrs now. I've tried Chinese restaurants around here and Wok and Roll has the taste I'm looking for. I'm from Little Rock, AR; so, great taste of food is important to me. There has been a certain taste of Chinese Fried Chicken Wings I've been looking for since I moved to Texas. No one has cooked it like I wanted until I tried the Fried Chicken at Wok N Roll. Oh my goodness! They are very close to the taste I've been longing for. The Fried Rice and Shrimp Lo Mein are good as well. Get a slice of Cheesecake too (love the crust). If they start making Choo Choo Beef (Beef on the Stick or BBQ Beef on the Stick (as some may call it)), they'll definitely be my go to all the time.

While I only have eaten here one time this rating is more about the customer service. I mistakingly ordered two items with pork instead of roasted pork and initially was turned off to eating the meal. I picked out the pork from one dish and decided to go back ask to exchange the second dish. Without hesitation the young lady at the register accepted the unwanted dish and went in the back to have it exchanged. The wait for the correct order was short, which gave me enough time to write this review. I had the Singapore Mei Fun with picked out pork and roasted pork fried rice. Food tasted great but even more palatable was the customer service. They have ensured I come back and it’s so close to my house it will be a go to location for last minute food decisions!!

I ordered a combo with General Tso's chicken only to come home and realize it's orange chicken. I call and they said best they can do is replace it if I want to drive all the way back up there and switch it out. He tried to convince me that I was just mistaking it because it looks similar. But then where do the orange slices come in to play? Also, the lo main was very disappointing and should be labeled as plain noodles...there are no onions, celery, or anything else usually in lo mein. Especially when you paid extra to sub it for the rice. They should have offered a better resolution. We won't be back. Lesson learned.

Wok n Roll stands out as an exceptional to-go dining option, offering an impressive range of positives for customers. Their quick food service ensures that even for takeout orders, customers are promptly served delicious meals. The dishes, despite being to-go, maintain their amazing taste and come in good-sized portions, providing excellent value for money.

The polite and attentive staff contribute to a pleasant experience, even in a to-go setting, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the front of the house adds to the appeal of ordering takeout from this establishment.

Another commendable aspect is the inclusivity of all necessary items for the meal, including utensils, sauces, and even fortune cookies, making the to-go experience convenient and complete.

Notably, there were no discernible drawbacks or complaints, solidifying Wok n Roll’s reputation for consistently delivering high-quality food and service, even in a to-go format.

Overall, Wok n Roll’s to-go service impresses with its efficient, tasty, and convenient offerings, making it a standout choice for those seeking delicious...

I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, and the Vegetable LoMein. Let’s start with the Teriyaki Chicken. It was not like any Teriyaki Chicken that. It was more like a stewed chicken. The sauce was more of a broth than a sauce and inside the container was filled with lemon slices and onion slivers (and the teriyaki soup). The Vegetable Lo Mein was horrible (I’m not a picky eater in the least, as a matter of fact this is the first food review that I can remember) the lo mein felt like I was eating ramen that I forgot about in the microwave . It was very soft and swollen. The only flavor that I could taste was something similar to soy sauce. The vegetables didn’t really have any flavor. As for the fried rice… it was actually pretty tasty. All the flavors that you expect when ordering fried rice were there. The eggroll was alright, nothing to write home about. I’ll likely never eat there again and am pretty upset about spending $40 on food that I had to force down. 10/10 would...
