I really don't even know where to start. I ordered a salad and a small Jim stix at 8:30. 9:37 I call to check on my order, and they tell me it was delivered already. So the driver took it to the wrong house. They told me they would rush a remake and give me a refund. At 10, they called me and tried to tell me that I was outside of their delivery zone. When I told them they needed to check again because we've ordered from their store before, they continued to tell me I was wrong until someone in the background said that they typed the address in incorrectly. No apology for that mess up. 10:20, they finally get here. Again, no apology. As for the food, I wasn't really expecting a lot from a pizza store salad. But y'all. This salad is terrible. Just so, so bad. It's gross, old shredded lettuce. The nuggets in it were terrible and soggy. I asked for extra cheese, and if that's what they consider extra cheese I'd really hate to see what the regular amount of cheese they use is. It's a shame, the other MrJims stores in the area are really great. But this was easily the worst service I've ever received, anywhere. It took almost two hours for me to get a salad and cheese sticks. The only redeeming factor is that the Jim stix were good and the worker from the call center offered to refund my meal. I placed my order at 7:10pm and called to check on it and was told it should be there any minute at 7:57pm. I just called back again at 8:30pm and was told the exact same line that āit should be there any minuteā. Got transferred to the store location just for no one to answer. I waited a few minutes longer and called again just to reach the same person who keeps telling me it should get here any minute. This is ridiculous. Update: After taking the survey for my order I was offered a free pizza. Tried giving them another chance today and the free pizza had to be pickup, so even better right? The lady there was upset that I asked for Parmesan and crushed red peppers and said I had to add it to my order online when placing it. She said that she can only give me 1 which didnāt make sense but I accepted it. As I drove up to the storefront I was pleased to see they actually had a drive thru which was convenient.
I pulled through the drive thru and cheerfully presented my coupon to the service woman and she sneered at me and woefully stated 'people usually just read them off to me, I have a migraine'.
Oops. I guess I should have activated my telepathic powers this morning. That's ok. I noticed she seemed to mope around the store as she prepared our order. I get it, every place you go to in 2024 has terrible service and companies can't afford to hire quality employees.
