Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mansfield

We have visited here a few times. Tonight will be the last- the restaurant was dirty with food and bits of trash on the floor, my husband got a personal pizza and we got shared cheese bread, I was going to order the pizza meal- but was told I could not because it was a kids item only. I ordered a grilled chicken Cesar salad instead. When the food came out, it was not grilled chicken but instead the chicken crumble for chicken cheesesteaks, and was told the salad portion was from the salad bar so to serve myself. The salad in the salad bar is only iceberg and most of it was brown. I made a small salad but after trying one bite of the salad and the -cold- chicken I didn’t eat it. My husband tried it and has been battling vomiting and diarrhea all evening- not sure if it was the salad or the pizza that made him sick. Absolutely not worth the $$ we spent, will...

My husband and I were regulars for a girl who was a server there named Lily and she was extremely sweet and welcoming and always knew exactly what we wanted to order the minute she sat us. now due to one red head server we don’t know her name her hair is kinda red and blonde she’s skinny and looks lilys age due to her actions towards Lily she left. Which is sad because we looked forward to seeing Lily again. we will no longer be going to this Pizza Hut there’s no reason for a girl to treat someone so bad she makes someone else quit. This is a terrible work environment. Hopefully we see Lily again. Lily if u ever get to see this thank you For always being kind hearted to us, you have the best hospitality we’ve ever seen in a restaurant. Good luck on your future career...

After the storm knocked out the electricity all over the Elmira area, we drove to Mansfield to go to the only sit-in Pizza Hut in the region. Not only did it have electricity, but it had AC like a beer cooler! The two waitresses, Sydney and Lacey, were very welcoming and attentive and I got the impression that they care about their customers. Their genuineness was something I don't see much anymore. I am in a power wheelchair. When seating us, the waitress was checking with me about my accessibility needs and she made sure the table height was okay for me. Both ladies went out of their way to make sure I and my whole table were taken care of. We felt like VIPs! We will definitely be returning, of course for the pizza but also the wonderful service....
