I was switched to this pharmacy after rite-aid shut down, I was with rite aid for a decade, my its been my 4th month at this cvs and while I drove 4 hours from my job site this week to pick up my meds, I witnessed the older lady with black long hair, with glasses, talking crap about me..I have never been rude, but if u ask questions or try to pick up a day early they start talking smack ? Very unprofessional, she is not the pharmacist, she is a rep. The female pharmacist has been nice to me, however the females all have started to become catty. And talk literal shit on their customers right in front of them. Especially the older one with black hair past her shoulders. I dont see it pinned back..today I caught her talking badly about me to the tall haired female with glasses..her hair is usually pinned back. And then the old lady with dark hair proceeded to go to the male pharmacist and whisper something to him..the lady with the black hair who has to be past her 60s is very unprofessional and very judgemental and rude. Her attitude sucks. Retire if you hate your job so much or do not like interacting with customers expec. Fairly new customers with questions. Some of us work out of town, we live on the state line, I work in New York but live in pa, I drive hours some days jusr to come pick up my meds. My insurance is out of pa. I also work 3rd shift and have for 4 years. Sometimes I am on a rotation schedule
*POINT IS,PLEASE DONT JUDGE SOMEBODY FOR BEING THERE AT 9AM the pick up their medicine , you dont know their lifestyle, work professional, and sleep schedule, and...
Read moreClearly the pharmacy is poorly run. Not enough staff for the volume of business. The pharmacist should not be pulled from filling prescriptions and patient consults to deal with insurance. There should never be less than 3 people working in the pharmacy. Every time I use this pharmacy, the wait time is unacceptable.
Today I arrived to pick up a script at 3:45 that had been called in the day before. They did not have the medication in stock and said they would have it the next day (today). The lady working at the pick up counter didn't know if it had arrived in their shipment, but said she could check to see if it came in in 30 to 45 minutes. I told her I lived a half an hour away and could she please check to see if it came in before I waited that long. She did, and it was in. She then said it would be filled in 15 minutes. I spent 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting for that prescription.
If this was an isolated incident, I wouldn't mind, but this happens every time. I would take my business elsewhere if my insurance...
Read moreMy son went to the doctor with a 102 fever, doctor sent a script to CVS. The medication was not covered and CVS decided, on their own, to cancel it, without notifying the doctor. I was told it would take a day or two, to get it approved. After a couple of phone calls, and a half hour of the kid sitting in a cold car, I got the new medication approved. I stood at the desk and watched the young man behind the desk, pretend to be busty and make me wait, while a second prescription was filled, before he offered me mine. When I asked if it was an option to just pay for the medication so as to not have to wait so long, he looked at me as if he did not comprehend. To me, this is total incompetence. No concern for the people who are ill and suffering. Avoid...
