I am being generous because really this is the first issue we've had with Romeos, but what we experienced last Monday with no response or an apology from management when we've tried to reach out to upper management and corporate we will not be ordering again. Which is sad because the food is really good. However if you have an issue or complaint the managers way if dealing with it is accusing you of being rude and hanging up on you. We ordered a pizza at 530. Got notification at 6:15 pizza left the building and on way. At 6:45 pizza had not arrived. Called the store and gentleman told me they were under staffed and busy but we were next up. We were ok with that. About a min later the driver pulled in drive way got out of car, had not closed the door and jumped back in and peeled out of our driveway We have it on video. He didn't come to the door didn't acknowledge us. I called the store back. I was told he forgot to grab the food and was heading back. I then proceeded to ask in general terms, is the food going to be cold and stale at this point since the email notification told us over half hour ago, at this point over hour and half for food to arrive would it be cold? I was told no its kept in a hot box, I went to say ok, but was cut off and told she was getting a manager. Manager comes on the line and starts yelling at me that I need to be more respectful and not use aggressive language with his employees and when I went to defend myself thinking maybe he got the wrong customer he hung up on me, as I never got loud with her or cussed at her, so I call back to see if maybe a miscommunication he continues yelling at me saying he was going to cancel my order and put me on a no order list going forward and hung up on me again. Driver did show back up and when we explained the situation he apologized and said he should have told us what was going on. He was the only one who was professional In the situation. I got the manager name and put a complaint into corporate Via website and still have heard nothing. So warning, yes food is good, but if you have a complaint about their professionalism, don't expect anything from them.
Update: 6/18: not really suprised, but don't expect the sad apology automated reply to make customer service issues right. They do not respond to emails either. We will stick Donatos and pizza food trucks...
Read moreLook my guys, we've come to love the GF pizza at out household, the wings the sauce, all good...but ya'll know what you did here because someone has to be the wing counter, and this Lil fella does not count as a wing. If so, this is the most flightless malformed winglette off the runt chicken that was trampled to death by overcrowded chickens house mosh pit during feeding. Chickens are the closest living relative to the Tyrannosaurus Rex and I want that in my wings. Next time I order 12 wings, I want a full dozen cuts from apex poultry, not 10 dippers and 2 nuts off the weird creepy lizards that spit the fat guy to death in Jurrasic Park.
EDIT, Part 2. Look, theres a lot of other OK pizzas in the area you should probably order from. I came back because its right around the corner and my dinner plans got F'd. I Really recommend against the boneless wings-they seem to have no problem including the smallest nugget chunks in and counting it as a full wing. If you do order here, Im guessing its probably best to order off the featured pizzas because they seem to really struggle with the custom order. When I came.to pick up my order, she told me that it got botched and it would be another 10 minutes then went back to texting on her phone. Then the fella in the back came out and said it would be 15-20 minutes. I told them to call me when it was ready which they should have done to let me know the order needed more time. The dude did call me up to let me know it was ready, but I did have to check the order and ask for the extra sauces that were...
Read moreABSOLUTELY THE BEST PIZZA IN MANSFIELD! The delivery driver was super cool too. Friendly, fast, and actually smiling like he enjoyed his job. I gave him a big tip because when everything is that good, you want to show some appreciation. Honestly, if you’re ordering from Romeo’s, do yourself a favor and tip big. They’ve earned it. It’s rare that delivery feels like a whole experience, but Romeo’s made it feel like I was being taken care of. Romeo’s Pizza in Mansfield, Ohio is my new go-to. I ordered on a random night, not expecting anything special.
From the moment I placed the order, everything felt smooth. The app was easy to use, the order was confirmed instantly, and before I could even finish watching an episode of my show, the delivery was at my door. I thought it had to be a mistake. No way it could have come that fast. But there it was, piping hot and smelling like heaven!
When I opened the box, I could tell it was made with care. The crust was golden and crisp, not greasy or soggy. The cheese was bubbling just right and the toppings were so fresh, it felt like they were chopped that minute. Even the sauce had a little something special going on. It’s the kind of pizza where you stop talking after the first bite and just vibe with it. It wasn’t just good. It was high quality all the way, like a local spot that actually...
