Papa John’s on S. Hamilton is about to bring me all the way out of character! The fact that you have a child, with no manners, stating to be in leadership, bothers me. She is rude and absolutely nasty to customers. Especially over the phone! I called to see if the credit for a previous staff member was linked to my phone number I explained what happened and the response was, “Well only blonds work here.” That’s fine and all, but I only asked a question. It wasn’t applied and I’ll still happily pay for my pizza. However she says, rudely, “I can give you the pizza, but is that all you want or no?” Umm, ok. I told her she was being rude and that I would come in the store. And wouldn’t ya know she was scared to come to the counter! Lol… I’m black, but I didn’t come to bite. I politely explained that maybe she is having a rough day and I get it because I too have worked in the restaurant business. However, being nasty with your customers reflects poorly on your leadership! She states, “ I appreciate you telling me that, but do you want somethin?” Oh ok!… If you ever wonder why the store lacks in service/ratings, maybe restructure your management team. Read moreOne night, my wife and I ordered pizza as we usually do on Friday nights. When the pizza man Darrell came, she had money in both of her pockets. In one side she had like 16$ and in the other pocket she had 100$. When she went to the door the kids were crying and she was distracted, she handed him some money and told him to keep the change for his tip. Not long after the manager Brittany I believe her name is, called and asked us a couple questions. Come to find out, she accidentally gave him 100$ and had no idea she did. Darrell the delivery guy, could have easily kept the money and we would have had no idea! Instead, he went back to the store told his manager about it, called us, and gave us our money back. I respect him and his manager so much for his honesty!!! You don't see that much now a days. We are so thankful! If I could of afforded it, I would have given him that 100$ for his honesty! Ordered a pizza online Wednesday night and said the wait time was going to be 76-86 minutes. When we were getting close to the time the pizza was supposed to be delivered I checked the tracker and it hadn't even been made yet. I then called to cancel the order but sat on hold for nearly 45 minutes without an answer. I was still on the phone with no answer when the delivery driver showed up 30 minutes after the longer estimated wait time. We live less than a minute from this location- this and the fact no one answers the phone is absolutely ridiculous. We sent the pizza back and stated we need a refund. Will be trying to get ahold of a manager tomorrow because I have no faith in the staff to follow that simple direction- that is if anyone ever answers the freaking phone! Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time, even during the post pandemic...
