At this point this place deserves a ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered food at 7:39 pm. Order came and was incorrect after a 50 min delivery time. I called immediately ...they asked me if I wanted to have the correct burger delivered. Ummmmm---YES!!!! So now it is over an hour after first delivery and I still don't have a correct burger delivered to me. I called. The girl who answered the phone (Cora) told me there were 4 other deliveries before me and I still had to wait. The burger still had to be made and was next in line. I asked for a manager and she told me he leaves at 6. No one for me to talk to that had responsibility. I paid cash. I asked for my money back. She can't approve that....so chances are as I won't get back ever. Still waiting for food. Approx 10 min later, they have a saving grace called Lamar who brought the next burger that was correct. I asked him to come into my house to see who was waiting for her food. He trusted me, met gmom who was starving, and was kind enough to say sorry for this mishap. Lamar made it easy to forget I was mad, but not enough to give a bad review. He is not the company. I made a phone call at 7:39 pm...and at 10 pm it is now resolved. Never again. U lost me as a customer. I expect my money back!!! I paid total with tip in cash of $22. OMG how much salt do you put on a chicken cheesesteak??? I got mush and onions.... I got to eat my sandwich after the Gmom situation corrected. MY GOD, I just had a whole bottle of salt in a few bites.....started to drown in ketchup, but then decided so nasty I was tossing it. Sam I will call you tomorrow for my money back and I don't want a gift card back for your place. I want...
Read moreFinally giving up on Pizza Tower and throwing my menu in the trash. When I moved into the area, we tried this place, and got a pretty good pie. The staff was suspiciously nice, but turns out the young man that (used to?) works there really is just that nice.
Then we decided to eat in one day. Inside was nice and clean and welcoming, but the food wasn't very good. Tried it again, and the same thing happened. We decided to ONLY use Pizza Tower for PIZZA from here on out, because every other food we tried from there just WASN'T GOOD.
Just an hour or so ago, I ate my last slice from Pizza Tower. Got a buffalo chicken pizza that was so flavorless and dry, that I tried to concoct a sauce from my pantry items to try and save it. The chicken was almost non existent, and what WAS there was dry. There was almost literally no sauce, and very much literally no blue cheese dressing. All of this sat on a doughy, Pizza Hut style crust. I'm out. It was $13 for a small.
The only reason for 2 stars is because the people are extremely nice, and the location is bright and clean. But the food just isn't up to snuff. It's my local small pizzeria, so I hate to do it, but I won't be eating...
Read moreReally wanted to like this place and we always give a new local place a try but this was a flop through and through.
While I will say the establishment was clean and the staff was friendly, that was the end of the pleasant experience.
We got a large pie (half pepperoni), 12 wings and a salad. It is my belief they are making nothing in house here. Freezer bag to fryer or oven was my general impression.
We prefer our crust on the crunchier side, and as a result we always order ‘well done’. The pizza was still doughy and chewy. My best comparison for the pizza overall falls somewhere between Little Caesars and Chuck E Cheese.
The wings were okay. But I’m pretty sure I have had the same ones from the grocery store. Sweet and spicy sauce came on the side and was not good. Maple syrup consistency.
The salad was meh. Which is how salads are generally in my opinion, but this was a chance to stand out for a salad and it did not.
I’ll try almost anywhere twice and hope for a better experience. This is not one of those times. It is clear their quality standard across the board falls below my standards and their own...
