If I could leave a half star I would. And that half star would be For the service done. I walked in this morning early and had explained. I had my husband’s fire, protected T-shirts, and jeans. I had already washed them… and I simply asked if they could be pressed or iron. The lady tells me that I could get the T-shirts pressed, but not the jeans. She still continue to ring up my items without hesitation and told me these items could be ready by five since I dropped them off before 8 AM on my receipt. It says laundry for the pants and press for shirts. Only I go and pay for the items today as I pick up and it’s $41 outrageous. The prices at this location aren’t even visible. There’s no price list on the wall. There’s no pricing information. When I had asked the lady you told me, we could not do these items the jeans how come you still took them? It’s under my impression that when you take items and start scanning them into the system, then you are accepting them. It was only four pairs of jeans. Keep in mind five T-shirts, which I can understand each shirt at least being four dollars for pressing, but the rest four pairs of jeans to total up to $41 ?!? Not only did they burn a shirt previously and ruin my husband‘s dress shirt there is a previous review from two years ago, but this lady was not even friendly when it came to charging me this place feels like all they care about is charging people getting their items in and not really having a comfortable customer...
Read moreTook my mom's outfit she would be buried in here and it came out great. At the same visit, I took my white quilt with a stubborn yellow spot on it. It didn't come out. Twice she tried.
She said that if I had bleached it before, that her chemicals wouldn't remove the stain and offered no refund.
Fast forward a couple of months later... I google it and find baking soda and vinegar paste rubbed into the stain, wash in hot water; washed it twice with that and the stain is completely vanished. The quilt is white again!
Do not recommend, as they won't tell you about their "chemicals" not working until after you've paid them. They could tell you and you'd simply buy a new blanket. I paid 40 dollars for nothing. The cost of the blanket was nearly that.
You'd think a dry cleaner would know the baking soda/vinegar trick also. If they don't know how to remove stains, they...
Read moreThe prices are always different even then i bring less clothes they charge me more. I asked for my husband’s clothes be pressed because he works in a professional environment and every week i pick then up they are always still wrinkled and the pants are not always creased like i asked. They outsource their work so don’t believe they check the clothes at all when they come back because if they did they would catch the mistakes before customers pick their clothes up. I would not recommend using this place. I should have listened when i read the reviews before I started using them but I tried to give...
