Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Manville

So I came to this location 2 times. First time the man took my order and gave me a price and when I got to the window I re-read my order and he told me how he wasn’t listening and gave me a whole different total. I did let it slide. Figured maybe he was having a bad day. I don’t know.

My next experience was last week and I ordered about 36-40$ worth of food. Now I get to the window and not only were they out of some of my Order, but they refused to give me any type of sauces for the type of chicken I ordered. Saying that they only give sauce for chicken tenders. I mention how much I just spent , also that they messed up my Order and if I could at least have 2 or 3 sauces anyways. So I asked for a refund. Being that they refused to give me any sauces for the 30+ $ worth of chicken I had just bought and they messed up my order. They were extremely rude. And the girl while hanging out the window all in my face; (with no mask on) I asked her for her managers name, she then stared at me and then turned around and asked him. So I said you don’t know your managers name? She ignored me ; then the manager refused to give me his name. While being extremely rude STILL. It makes no sense how rude the people are at this location. And how they refused to give me a refund being I didn’t like their customer service. And they ruined my order.

I do not recommend anyone going to this location. Unless you want your ordered messed up and to be treated rudely and spoken to rudely....

I patronize Maville Popeyes once in a while, maybe once every three months and I have never been treated rudely by a Manager until today, December 1st @1:30pm This Manager obviously was recently promoted and feeling a bit high and mighty, very rude and disregarding. I was asking for a simple courtesy (it's only chicken) that was not serious enough to warrant such rude and unnecessary bad behavior. She shook her head saying no to my request, I said the manager does it sometimes, she said " that would be me" giving no explanation, walked away to get the order with a stance of take it or leave it, came back to the register... " that will be $11.72", and shoved my bag towards me! There was no thank you or nothing! I stood wondering.. wow...it's that serious?? I did nothing at all to this woman what is her problem! Anyway I just took my order and left and did not allow it to upset me, but it needed to be reported. PSA ( Public Service Announcement) Popeyes Manville.. you need customers to make money in this line of business and it pays to be nice and just accommodate from time to time, with courtesy. If you cannot accommodate, fine but at least explain with kindness. Please don't flex your arrogance because your a new Manager! I would think a Manager had the authority to extend courtesy that will prompt positive reviews and keep customers coming back! I guess good service is not a high...

The last time I went to the Popeyes in Manville I ordered a 2 pc meal with coleslaw and water. I received a 2 pc meal with spicy potatoes. This time I went to Popeyes and ordered a 2 pc meal with coleslaw and water and I was shorted the coleslaw. When you call the phone number that is provided it continually rings and no one answers it...TERRIBLE! Supplying the phone number is just a farse if no one ever answers it. Okay this is Dec 9th. I went to Popeyes the other day at around 12 noon. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and was told they didn't have any I would have to wait 10 minutes. Today I went again, I guess a gluten for punishment and ordered a classic chicken sandwhich with NO mayo. I got home and the sandwhich is covered in mayo. Both sides of roll too. Again, the gluten for punishment that I am, I tried to call. For what? They don't pick up the phone. Its really a shame.

Okay. I know I must really be a fool. Went to Popeyes and just got back with NOTHING! Waited in line AGAIN , 2 cars ahead of me and ended up leaving with nothing because the line would not move. This is actually the 2nd time in the last month that this happened. Will I ever learn? Can't believe this location makes any money because you CAN"T GET ANYTHING! I so wish they would close and we would get a fast food place that you could actually buy...
