Gyro George - Northfield/Maple Hts — Restaurant in Maple Heights

The reason why I gave 4 stars was because I come here all the time. I normally walk from my house to go there because I live so close. Well, I had surgery 3 weeks ago, and I'm under doctor's care. I can't walk that far at this moment. So, as provided, I used the phone number, and I called several times to place and order so my husband can pick it up. Well, how the heck does the phone ring busy for hours and there's nobody on it or somebody is on it not for business purposes. I couldn't place an order on the phone. I tried online, and online doesn't have daily specials on there. Also, while all this is happening. I'm getting sicker because I haven't eaten, and if I could have ordered ahead of time, my food would have been ready and paid for when my husband came to pick up my food. The person who serves us is usually OK. But this is not good service when we can place orders...

I went there to get breakfast. My scrambled eggs was supose to have cheese and it did I went back and the cook had and attitude and I should have because I was the one that spent my money, but yet he did and then the eggs thst did have the cheese he put cheese on them and did melt it. So I gave it back, and then the woman that was in the front tried to fix things, and that was nice, but then I went home because I also ordered corn beef and fries. Fries was fine, but the corn beef wasn't. This is how it looked thank you, but no, thank you. This is not right. I don't know what was wrong with him are if they are he just don't care. But I will never go there again. And this is not the only time that they messed up my food. Trying to Ppatricize my neighborhood, but no, some people are...

The only reason this establishment is getting a one-star rating is because there's no space for a zero The customer service was unfriendly to the point where I wonder if they were even educated An extremely sarcastic even when asking simple questions like where's the ice If you like eggs cooked to perfection grits that make your mouth water, Krispy Texas toast with just the right amount of jelly that you actually ask for.

Please go somewhere else cuz you sure the hell won't get it here

The toast for soggy the grits were running and might as well have been a a cup of grits soup do yourself a steer clear of this place save your money because honestly I believe the place is going down anyway and it's starting to down n I repeat...
