Far East Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Maple Heights

Went to last order orange chicken/ w extra Chicken and broccoli and shrimp fried rice / green onions and bean sprouts. Didn't receive either extras and it tasted awful chicken over cooked and the fried rice not fried over $25 worth of something my husband and I couldn't enjoy and called to speak with manager next day was told that boss said it was okay and that half of my purchase could not be be returned but I could get another meal like I would want something else to eat from this place after you tell me my food was okay and I'm the one who is calling to complain that it's not prepared properly. And I have ate from your establishment over the years the fried rice along is improperly and poorly made and wasn't edible, poor customer service will not do business again Far East Chinese in Maple Hts they have lost...

Let me first say that the food is good. Not the best I've had but it's good. Customer service however is terrible!! Have you ever heard of a Chinese restaurant charging for the sauce packets (soy, duck, mustard..)? This place does so be prepared to pay 5 cents for each packet you want outside of the 2 that come with your meal. I found this absurd and just terrible customer service. Also, if you want half an order, forget about it. I asked for half an order of the crab ragoon which would have been 3 pieces. They told me no, we can't do that....really?? you can't drop 3 pieces in the fryer and charge me $1.75 for them instead of $3.50 for 6...I don't see what's so difficult about this request. There are way too many restaurants in the area to deal with poor...

Ordered shrimp fried rice egg rolls and fried whole wings. There was absolutely no taste or flavor to the rice. Egg rolls were ok. Wings too big and not good. I made a small plate and immediately my stomach started having that funny feeling like I was going to vomit. I threw all of the food away. Something was not fresh. I usually order from New Asain delight but they are closed on Mondays. Why I came here was because of the reviews and they offer small fried rice. Maybe it was a bad day but I won't be back ever. After looking at the reviews again I should have kept scolling cause more than 1 person mentions the food having no flavor. Go figure.
