VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! My family has ordered from this location FOR YEARS. Every time an order is placed, our total is totaling out to $60-$70. We order regularly!! This time around, I attempted to place a small order. Usually a telephone number is asked for first to pull up customer information and accumulate points. This did not happen this time. I can tell instantly the worker (which I can tell by voice was one of the guy managers) was frustrated. He asked for my address and order. Afterwards I expressed to him that I had a number on file. He said “give me your card info first” so I did. He then rambled on the total and said the card needed to be on site for the delivery driver. I’m not present at that home. I’m away handling business, trying to order food for my family. My mother is sick and it’s hard for her to cook. I said sir, I am away and cannot have the card present. He goes, oh, well I cannot do that. AFTER HE ALREADY CHARGED MY CARD! I asked for a refund. That information should be made well aware BEFORE an order is initially placed! The call disconnected, I called back. He picked up and immediately placed me on hold. I called back again and be hung up on me. He knew it was me because they have caller ID. I then called back from another number so he answered, didn’t place me on hold, didn’t hang up. I made him aware that it was me and that I did not appreciate being hung up on and again, demanded my refund. He got VERY NASTY. Talking about “first of all, I did not hang up on you”. First of all? First of all? I’m a customer, not his child. Very unprofessional. He yelled at me STOP STOP, would not allow me to talk and then proceeded to say GO COMPLAIN SOMEWHERE ELSE! I am very disappointed and upset. I will NO LONGER BE ORDERING FROM RASCAL HOUSE and I WILL NO LONGER ALLOW MY FAMILY TO SPEND MONEY THERE AS WELL. They have for sure contributed a significant amount of money to this location and NO MORE. I will be contacting corporate...
Read moreWe purchased a BellyBuster Rascal House Deluxe pizza from here a week ago Sunday and then again last night. The pizza from last Sunday was amazing. It had plenty of sauce and cheese. It was loaded with meats and thickly cut fresh vegetables. I wish I had a photo of that one. The pizza from last night was terrible. The difference was like night and day. It was dry with hardly any sauce and the toppings or should I say the lack of toppings were not so fresh thin little slivers scattered around. It was late when we got home so I called earlier today to speak with the owner. I kindly explained the problem and the huge differences in the 2 pizzas. The owner said nothing. I asked if he could compensate us with a new pizza the next we came in and he said that I should have called late last night and drove back across town to pick up a new pizza. I told him that we drove out of our way 20 minutes for the first pizza. It took some doing, but the rude owner finally offered a whopping $5 off of the next order. The BellyBuster pizza cost us over $20 and we went to bed hungry. As you can see, we each tried a piece and there are still 13 1/2 pieces sitting in the box uneaten. Unbelievable. We should have been immediately offered a free pizza as...
Read moreI was in there about two and a half weeks ago. The manager, I assume was not wearing a mask. Im not a mask freak... But if you are preparing my food its the least you can do in a pandemic. No gloves or mask. I asked the cashier why he didn't have to wear a mask and the he told me cause he's the boss. I asked why would that matter? So I asked the "manager” why he wasn't wearing a mask while he was making everyones food. He said he forgot it in the office. Then walked away to make more pizzas. I got my pizza and asked him about it again and he asked why I was so angry? What? Then basically said lets finish this transaction. Basically so I could leave and he could potentially infect others by making their pizza. If corporate actually reads these reviews. I go to Rascal House pretty often since I have lived in Maple. And I love the pizza. But for someone to not even try and fake it when customers can see you with no mask is a deal breaker for me. It means you don't respect the people in...
