worst experience i ever had!!!.. The boss Fran or Frank what ever the hell his name is who cooked me under cooked chicken and was the rudest person ever when i called back to get my money back. I told them i will never order there again. i didnt get my money back and i wish i never called in the first place. He had the nerve to tell me dont play with him , like who the hell you think you are talking to a customer like that. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with that prick of a manager. I wish it had negative numbers for this place. i felt bad for the sweet delivery guy who was caught in the middle but never again.The lady that answered the phone sound miserable and didnt know nothing about the food when i asked. We loved this place but the last time we went it was awful. Not bc the food, but the service. We thought maybe it was an off day. We called last week to place a to go order and the lady the answered the phone was extremely rude and put us on hold. Then after 6 minutes on hold, a guy picked up and said "hello" with attitude. I replied by saying "hi how are you" and his response was "what are you ordering." After I said 3 large pies he said "yea is that it." I instantly hung up the phone then. We planned on spending close to $200 that night for our family and friends. We ended up ordering elsewhere. Usually there is a young blonde hair girl that is super friendly on the phone. I don't know why it took me so long to visit this pizzeria because I have been missing out. The grandma Sicilian is my favorite it's crunchy . I am on a mission to try everything on the menu. The ones I have tried so far have not disappointed might i add that the serving size is very generous for the price. I love that the counter girl remember me and my favorite pizza that was sweet. There is plenty of seating, the service was great. They have a large tablet where you can place your order or you can order at the counter. They do deliver, I live close by I usually pick up.
