first i would like to say i loved coming here and i typically don’t write reviews because its extra and i rather just gatekeep. but when i say today was my last straw coming here i mean that. first off today i came in for a fresh set and was told they only had time for a fill in after i called prior saying i was running behind due to traffic. they require a 20 dollar deposit for a service i didn’t receive because i did not want to reschedule due to me having my birthday party tomorrow. then after i chose another spot to get my nails done which btw the other shop did amazing. they posted saying they had availability from 2/3:30 - 5/6:30 after the fact i left. so they basically lied and stole me money. plus the vibes here are soo off and the attitude is insane.. as if they do not want to be there or even do my nails. i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this spot to anyone. JIM NAIL SPA does 10 times better and takes there time with there work as well. i recommend to go there. blush nail bar i hope you know you lost a customer...

My first experience with Amy was great. She did everything perfect. Even up to waxing my eyebrows (I have sensitive skin so wax usually burns it) The second time I visited I was disappointed. I went to get my Pedicure and Manicure and the girl (don’t know her name) literally just dipped my feet in the water and took it out back. The bottom of my feet was still rough. It took her about 10 minutes. When she did my manicure, she used some sort of chemical on my skin and it was dry and peeling. My skin was irritated. The gel polish from my toes were peeling the second day. They did tell me to go back to fix it but I did not have the time to do so. It was also my birthday set. I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed by this nail salon! It has been 8-10 years since I've had acrylic nails because I am extremely hard to please, so to save myself and the salons a headache I just skipped out on nails. Recently I decided I want to get back into nails and I reluctantly booked an appointment. To say that I my expectations were met (and exceeded) is an understatement. My nails look absolutely beautiful, she did the best job I have ever experienced. Make sure to call and book as it appears they don't take walk ins.
