I just wanted to write a nice review for the girl who was managing tonight. I think her names Jen. Anyway, I was having a lot of friends over tonight & our order said it got delivered but we never received it.
The driver called me twice, I gave her instructions. And waited 10 minutes after and I texted her those same instructions.
So I check the order tracker it said delivered. So I called the store & explained what happened to the manager.
She was very sweet. I also am a manager at a restaurant and I know these things happen and how stressful it is that’s why I especially wanted to write this.
Anyway she voided my order and I’m in the process of receiving my new one.
Meanwhile, I’m waiting, and I get a call and I pick up and it’s the person who actually received my order. (Obviously I’m not going to take food from a random person after they had it ) and he was really nice and was like we have your food can I give you money for it. And I was like no it’s okay I already called the store, I even gave the driver instructions 3 times !

This is the worst papa johns I have ever ordered from. This is the second time I had an issue in the past year and I won't be ordering EVER again. I had the same exact issue both times. I always order extra garlic sauces and several cheese sauces as some in my family won't eat the pizza from here without it. The order arrives, pizza is not cut had to cut ourselves, it was cold, and there was a bag the delivery driver said contained our sauces. I open the bag and find ranch, BBQ, and a zesty sauce. We opened the pizza boxes and there was a clear container with what appeared to be an attempt to make a garlic sauce. I was charged $1.25 per sauce i ordered but received 0. I chased the delivery driver who said the garlic sauce was expired and "they always mess up the order". I call the store and the woman said they didn't have either sauce, so why did you charge me and send me a bunch of stuff i dont want. Here's a thought: if you don't have what I ordered, pick up the phone, tell me you don't have what I ordered and I have the option to cancel. Just don't assume sending a bunch of random crap will suffice. Totally done...

HORRIBLE !!!!! If it wasn't for my low Blood Sugar You guys be coming back to get this mess!!!! Taste like day old pizza that's been sitting somewhere and It's Shaq-o-roni so where's the pepperoni???? It's just regularly Topped & over sauced with the Xtra cheese so it's unpleasantly Sloppy. Which now I'm thinking it took no time to prepare & bake and THAT'S RIGHT.. I Watched the progress scale. It took less than 10min. I Should've known then... Shame on me but I'm saying Hey it's Papa John. So all together i say it took 15-20 with delivery. Yea.. my dumb fault but you guys your Customers put there trust in You but NEVER EVER AGAIN. & OH... Don't think I'm not contacting Your Headquarters and Shaq or whomever handles his Correspondence cause his Name is on it....
