Santi Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Shade Township

We in, ordered ham & cheese hoagie only mayo & tomato and curly fries, 1 slice pepperoni pizza, buffalo chicken cheese steak, french fries with a cup of hot sauce on the side. Waited over 30 minutes because they forgot about us. Then I had to make sure my hoagie was made correctly & it wasn't so I said I can fix it when I get home. Got home no hot sauce & my ham & cheese hoagie was made with this slimy ham with dark red spots, I called & the girl who answered was looking for an argument. I tried to explain that we were missing the hot sauce & the meat on my hoagie was slimy spiced ham & not imported ham. She said it's the same ham that's always used & I disagreed. I then said I'm not looking to argue but we waited over 30 minutes, my hoagies was messed up & you forgot the hot sauce & she says, "you said that already". Her attitude is the same issue that another patron complained on Google about as well, scroll through & you will see it. Then I guess it was the owner who got on the phone with me who apologized, offered a $4 credit & the girl was still running her mouth in the back ground saying, "it was a 75 cent cup of hot sauce". I told this gentleman that this is not a way to treat customers & she was still running her mouth, I guess no one taught her manners. Oh & curly fries were under cooked. The raccoons are eating good tonight. Definitely will never order...

First time ordering. From this place. I ordered mozzarella sticks and a medium pepperoni pizza. I paid with my credit card over the phone and the delivery guy told me I owed 28.00 and change and had to call the business and verify that I had paid with a credit card which took a few min. Tipped him 5 anyway. The manager told me the food was delivered through door dash but I called the restaurant and ordered my food directly. From them and the driver called the resteraunt to confirm I paid by card. Needless to say the food was cold. Ice cold. I called to complain and asked for my money back and the manager told me to drive to the location and get my money back. I paid by credit card why would I Have to drive there and pick up my money? The food was delivered in 39 min so why was it ice cold?? 33.00 dollars for cold food. The pizza was cold and soggy and the mozz sticks and sauce were ice cold. The sauce was really good tho but I won’t be ordering again .there are just no goody pizza places in maple...

So my job always orders pizza from here for everyone... when I first started I never heard about this place my co worker told me about this place because she lives a street over.. Im from Camden so I always just get in the area food..the first time I tasted the pizza I'm like oh it's good..than every time after that I'm like it's really good lol..so I ordered wings and a cheese steak and let me tell you it was so good it was just all over my face 😅 so ever since this is like the only pizza place we me and my boyfriend order from.. everything I've had so far was great and the owner works hard everytime I go in there he's tossing pizzas or making something..makes me miss my days of...
