Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maplewood

So I came in here this morning at 8 AM and I had a large order which seemed to upset the staff which made no sense because you’re here to work. I would assume you’d want people to come in and buy so that you have a salary …then I explained how many munchkins I wanted specifically and then she told somebody else to do the order without specifying what I needed..young lady if you don’t wanna come to work don’t work, and if you need to wake up, drink some coffee, I was very annoyed at her horrible service. Thankfully, there was an older lady who was very polite and just created that calming sense that I needed at eight in the morning…Hopefully, they’ll put somebody else...

If it was up to me I wouldn't have even given them 1 star. Very disappointed. I visited this place a few times with no major issues. Today I went in for my regular, medium mango fruited ice tea. After I finished sharing it with my boyfriend, I like to eat the fruits from the bottom. Starting to open the lid, I discerned a string of black hair in my drink. My hair is burgundy right now so I knew it definitely wasn't mine. I went right back inside and we showed them but they were being very nonchalant of the fact that there's hair in my drink. She said "We have already drunk the whole thing basically so we won't die" never going back...
