Just driving on through your town and decided I should have some pizza in honor of super bowl Sunday. $7.99 for a large three topping pizza was a great deal. But the website did add a random .50c for no apparent reason. Which does get on my nerves when businesses do this to their customers. But it was 11pm and they were open so I went with it. Upon arriving the payment machine then asked for a tip.. I gave 10% but look, when we are asked to tip a restaurant for no table service, no serving service, no nothing other than prepping the food, they are literally asking us to pay for the employees earnings. I drove here. Used my own fuel, my own devices and internet to order. I got off my car went in and waited. But you guys still ask for a tip? We cannot be normalizing this behavior because then businesses begin to rely on the customer to donate extra to fund their employees and in turn the businesses pay the employee less because they've built a system where the employee can expect more income from another source than the business. Not to mention, we simply do not know where this tip goes. It was all digital, I didn't hand him the cash. For all we know, domino's pockets half and the employees split the other, which has and keeps happening today. Also, it creates an awkward situation where if you don't tip you are greedy and or a jerk, so you're kinda obligated to donate. So my 7.99 deal turned into more than expected and I would have rather gone to pizza hut if i was gonna pay this much more. You all are a world class company with a multimillion dollar profitable business with thousands of locations around the globe. Domino's was/is the fastest growing and most profitable pizza chain in the US during covid (Fortune Mag). Pay your employees more with that money and please don't normize this behavior. I'm not selfish, I'm aware. BTW, the man was the only dude working at 11pm, was super kind and welcoming. Pizza was great. I believe he...
Read moreThis is the 3rd time this month where we ordered via our app. I drove down to the restaurant to pick up our order as it said 30 minutes.
I sat in the parking lot for over 10 minutes before I tried to update the app that I was waiting outbin my truck. The app would not allow this as we were still under pizza is being prepared wow this is now 25 minutes from time of our order.
I went inside to see qhat the ussue was as there were only 2 others cars that came and left during my wait in the truck.
The manager was to busy to talk and the clerk said were are now making your threes pizzas. I told him ok very disappointed as the last time I had to wait 40 min duebto the pizzas needed to be remade. The pizza was under cooked or tu much sauce.
The manager did not address my concerns after we got our pizzas the 2 hand tossed were ok but the pan was under cooked and raw in the center. I called the store and gave them our order number 637, oh yeah we cut it then noticed it was raw so we put it in the oven again.
Sorry he said you can bring it back in. I am not going back tonight I told the clerk, he said you do what ever you want with out offering to have it remade in the near future.
What happened to customer service 🤔 this is...
Read moreMy last 2 experiences at this pizza place have been less then good. 1st visit I waited in store for the pizza to be done. Went across the street to the CVS to get some coca cola. When I came back a co worker accused me of stealing coca cola from their store. Made me feel very uncomfortable, terrible customer service. 2nd visit I ordered pizza for carryout today and when we got there I paid. I just ordered a regular 3 topping large. I recieved thin crust when expecting regular dough. Is this standard now?? Do I have to ask for the normal crust. Also they said pizza would be done in 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later, my pizza was sitting on a table and cold when I got to eat it. Kinda gross that it just sat out and got cold; but I was hungry so whatever. Will be going elsewhere...
