Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marana

Poor to good! I ordered through the app and sent DH to pick it up. It was about 6:45pm, so it could have been busy in the store....but he told the guy, order for Susan. The guy said, 'Sue?', DH said, no, Susan. 'OK, here's the order for Sue.' So when he came home the order was completely different from what I ordered. (Not really surprising given the exchange.) The only thing it had that I ordered was cinnamon twists. So, I called around 8pm to talk to someone about it, and the gal wrote down my information and stuff and I told her I would come back for lunch the next day. When I came back, a manager took my order straight off my app/phone, plus added cinnamon twists for my Mom (no charge) and re-made the whole order free of charge. We ate in the store and everything was very good and made to order! (We add onions to lots of things!) So, in the end, everything worked out ok. Only mild issue is that I thought one of the tacos I ordered was supposed to be hard and it was soft. I have never ordered it before and it wasn't a big deal. I mean, it's Taco Bell. If I could give this place a half a star I would. We have lived in the area for over four years and we'd rather drive 10 miles out of our way to go to a Taco Bell that actually gets our orders right! Can't tell you how much money we've lost in items that don't make it into our orders, especially going through the drive-thru. Actually stood in their lobby for 30 minutes today while half of our order was getting cold on the counter for carry out while the employees couldn't manage to get the rest of it done. Get the order finally and get home to find that they left our a portion of our order. Also while standing in lobby waiting for food, noticed that every person coming in behind us was from the drive thru, needing their messed up orders fixed. I hate to leave a bad review but in all the years we've lived here we have only visited this location 4 times just for the fact that we are extremely unsatisfied with the service. It either needs to be ONLY a Taco Bell or ONLY a KFC...they can't seem to do both at...

First time coming to this store for a taco bell night run.. me and my brother ordered separately through the app and we are 3 miles away from the store.. we placed our order and left 5mns after we submitted our order.. as soon as we arrived we noticed a long line outside and thought that it may have been a bad idea ordering through the drive thru. Few cars in front of us decided to leave the line to go somewhere else and some parked to order inside the restaurant.. we were too close in doing the same thing but since we're chilling inside my car we stayed in the line.. it took literally about 40-45 minutes overall for talking to the speaker and getting our order picked up..

I was also disappointed by the fact that the serving is way less than expected.. i'm not sure if they are in a rush but i believe the serving of my favorite nacho fries should've been more than what i got..

I left 2 stars because we still got our food hot.. but my overall experience in this...
