I recently visited this location with my son and daughter to shop for clothes, and unfortunately the fitting room experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, I let the attendant know we had 9 items. When I asked if we could go back, she just stared, and when she finally responded it was in a very rude tone, telling me it was “per item, not per hanger.” I now understand the policy, but the way it was communicated came across as unnecessarily unpleasant.
On top of that, trying on clothes with zip ties keeping items attached to hangers and shirts attached to pants made the whole process frustrating and uncomfortable.
The worst part was when my daughter finished and I wanted my 8-year-old son to try on his clothes. I asked to use the women’s fitting room (where there is also a family option), but the attendant refused and told us we had to go to the men’s side. I explained he is only 8 years old, but she still did not allow us to use the family option.
Overall, the interaction from start to finish was unwelcoming and stressful. Because of this experience, I don’t think we’ll be returning...
Read moreI am leaving one star for a store I spend thousands of dollars a year at, or did. I had a return of an item worn once for a matter of an hour. The item wore so terribly and looked like it was 2 years old. Although color was in perfect tact. I had a receipt for my item but no tag, (my bad) although the description matched clearly on the receipt which was 6 weeks old. I don’t typically do returns, ever. All I asked was for an exchange. I am VERY DISSAPOINTED that the woman behind the counter looked at me like how dare I even attempt such a thing and like I perhaps was lying. The store manager was clearly there and could have over ridden this decision. He stood there and didn’t say a single word. As a business owner myself in Oro Valley his management of a simple task was lack luster. I will no longer support nor spend another cent...

She deserves more than...
