Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Marana

I have had not one but two terrible experiences at this location. The staff is rude, condescending, pompous and will do there best to get you to not order with the store. I was told 45 min for a delivery wait. I stated that would be fine. I was asked are you sure? Again I reiterated that would be fine. He then proceeded to call me not by my name. I corrected him and again was met with are you sure? .... I'm fairly sure yes. He then took my number and asked me again if I was sure that wasn't my name..... YES!! Keep in mind I had ordered at this location before. He confermed my address and then proceeded to my order. Now he pretended not to hear me. I had to reiterate my order several times. All the while I hear laughter in the background. He gave me a total and told me it would be an hour and fifteen min. I again corrected him and advised him he had told me 45min. He said listen we're busy.... do you still want to place your order? I asked to speak to a manager and I was advised he was busy but he was just advised by his manager that it would be and hour and a half now...... my house is super far?!?! I live five min away in dove mountain.... I then canceled my order. I will never do business with this store again and will tell anyone who will listen how terrible of an experience I've had with...

This has happened the last 5 times and it’s more annoying and dishonest than anything. I order carryout on the app. It says 16 minutes approximately so I drive up there and wait in the parking lot. They don’t do curbside anymore which is fine. All of the sudden my tracker goes from “preparing”straight to “complete” in the blink of an eye. So I go into the lobby and give them my name. They say we are still waiting for your pizzas. We just put them in the oven. Ok then why does my order say complete? I then proceed to sit in the hot lobby 10-20 minutes for my food to actually be ready. I assume they are just marking complete so their metrics look good to corporate. So I contact corporate to complain and they just say your order was completed in 9 minutes according to our data. Well yeah. They hit the complete button the second they made the pizza. Now understand I don’t mind the time. If you need 30 minutes or more to make my order freshly and accurately then please do so but don’t lie on the app and make me come inside and wait. I asked for the 6.99 special so online they let you create your own . It shows you with the coupon you can order 2 for 6.99 a piece it give you options of what you order on your pizza how many items. I did not want to pay over 20.00 for a pizza so that why I ordered the special but in order to get the special you can’t order pizza with more than two toppings that’s extra of course. In order to get the special my order was still over the twenty because of the delivery charge. So I decided I wanted a large pizza Four topping and knots if I am paying over twenty five dollars I might as well get my moneys worth when it was delivered its was 29.00 counting delivery . I received one medium pizza no knots. Because I order 4 toppings on the pizza I payed 29.00 no knots and I ordered from a manager. I felt things should be explained better about there. specials oh yea I got 15 percent of and still pain 29.00 for a medium pizza . I am so disappointed I know people are busy and don’t want to take a lot of time to explain . But this is sad. I will no longer order...
