El Bebos Street Tacos and Hot Dogs — Restaurant in Marana

Short version: Get the torta de birria and a Mexican Coke and thank me later.

Long version: popular taco truck outside the Family Dollar. Friendly service and fast. Tacos, Burros, a quesadilla, and the torta. The torta de birria is a large fresh grilled roll with cheese grilled onto the inside, filled with slow cooked beef. A massive amount of it. On the side is a bowl of the stewing liquid. It’s finished with a sprinkle of onions and cilantro. One of the best tortas I have ever eaten.

There is a large self serve condiment bar with onions, cucumber slices, limes, pico de gallo, and salsas.

There are three small tables outside with some shade. But it’s mostly a takeout place.

It was edible, def not as good as the other truck right up the street. Got 2 Sonoran dogs, had a hard time ordering because they don't speak any English. I was appalled that they slathered the whole thing in ketchup, ketchup has no place on a hot dog unless its for kids. It was basic, didn't have that delicious flavor the other truck's does. Prices for everything else were quite high, more than TP. I'll stick to my usual spot, only tried this one because TP is closed on weekends. Have to eat outside here with the wind blowing everything away too while the other place has an air conditioned...

WOW Just WOW!! its hard to find good street food and this truck is it. Dont just eat here on a Tuesday its the best street tacos I have had in southern Arizona. I just bought over $70 worth of tacos for a meeting last week and El Bebos was a hit. Atmosphere is 4 stars becasue its a taco truck in a parking maybe 1 table no covering...
