Our favorite marana dive bar. Service is great and drink prices are amazing. Nothin fancy here but that's the way I like it. Dollar bills adorn the ceiling. two pool tables and the regulars to keep you entertained. Lounge in the back has a bit of a weird feel with couches and tvs -

note to the owner - that "couch" room should be set up for live music and a small dance floor. You would absolutely kill it with the demographic that surrounds your bar now. I typically love little hole in the wall, dive bars like The Tumbleweed and usually find the staff/customers are a friendly bunch. I’ve dropped in here a few times before with no problemo. Fun! Tonight the atmosphere sucked. I was alone and kind of observing. I assume the barmaid was a new employee because hospitality was not her strong suit. She definitely didn’t appreciate her job and seemed rude to the very few customers that were there. Just thought that maybe the owner should know and maybe offer her a refresher course in smiling and being friendly. It’s not hard. That or fake it til you make it. I had removed a old worn out swamp cooler, did some roof patching with a few rolls of New product that came out few years ago, then installed a new swamp cooler(wasnt the right size, but I had to do some altercations to make it work the best way I knew how.
