Sorry, I hate writing negative reviews, but this place is garbage, and will be closed just as soon as a real pizza joint with quality control opens as competition (hopefully soon).
Food is NEVER done on time. I've called and placed to go orders 5 times in a row, been told, "It will be 25 to 30 minutes", show up after 40 minutes and always hear the same story: "It'll be another 15 minutes because of blah, blah, blah" It's like they don't even prepare the food until you show up.
No adults or managers on site. Not once have I talked to someone that looks more than 23 years old, or like they give a little bit of a damn about the quality of my food. Not once. Most of the staff are more concerned with socializing with friend that come in, or goofing around in the kitchen, than they are about the quality of the food. Sorry owners, but that's the flat out truth. Put an adult in charge and have some accountability.
Quality of food. Call me a jerk, but I hate soggy chicken wings. If the skin isn't crisp, I don't want to eat the half cooked meat under it. If I order extra crispy wings, and I'm told specifically that it's the reason I'm waiting an extra 15 minutes for my food, do not show up with half cooked garbage wings, which is exactly what happened the last two visits. Not to mention being asked 3 times, what sauce do you want? Only to have nothing in the bag when I get home.
Quality of service period. This is a joint run by teenagers and 20 year olds that really could care less about your experience and the quality of your food. As a customer you show up, are asked to pay, told to wait, and then shoved out the door without even a cursory check to make sure your order meets your expectations.
All of this is an ownership problem. They want to staff with the minimum quality staff that they can pay the least. I've never seen anyone over the age of 25 even in the building.
I hate Pizzahut, and Domino's but, trust me, as soon as they open a store even remotely convenient to Marana, this place goes down like the Titanic.

Read moreWe had ordered R&R pizza last night for our son’s 7th birthday. We called at about 6:00pm and asked how long delivery was. We were told it would take an hour and a half. Not wanting to wait that long we asked how long if we picked it up? We were then told it would be 45-50 minutes. So we decided to pick up and placed an order. I arrived at the restaurant at about 7:10, deciding to give them a little more time because I know sometimes the estimated time is not correct. At this point there was 10 people waiting for there orders. I went to the register and they asked my name, took my payment and then went to the back. The gentleman came back and said it would be another 20 minutes before my food would be ready. At this point I was a little irritated because now I was waiting the amount of time I was quoted for delivery. While waiting 2 customer came to the counter and asked for their money back because they had waiting to long. Finally after waiting an additional 40 minutes I received my food. I ask to speak to a manager and had explained that it was not acceptable for me to wait 2 hours for food when I was told 50 minutes originally. He apologized and offered me a discount on my next order. I told him no thank you because I will most like not come back. He apologized again. I got the pizza home to my 7 years old who was so excited. He bit into the sausage pizza and put the pizza back down. I asked what was wrong and he said the pizza is cold. When we did they said they didnt have it and that they would call when it was ready. They called and we went down there again, and again they told us they didnt have the pizza. It was like a bad joke. When my husband asked to speak with the owner she was so rude. They even gave someone else the wrong order, they took the food in their car for a while, and came back saying it wasnt what they ordered, and they just handed it to the other person. That seems like a food health issue to me but... Idk... Anyway. Boycotting for sure!

Assuming I made a mistake demonstrates the lack of responsibility taken for poor service. I noticed this mentality in your other replies. Your stance is that your store is flawless and everyone else is mistaken. I would change that mentality if I were you, and start listening to customers instead of getting defensive. An apology and discount easily could have worked as a form of customer recovery. Instead youve lost our business for good.
