We decided to stop here for brunch after visiting the Rooster Cogburn Ostrich Ranch at Picacho Peak. We were a group of 9 people. It only took about 15 minutes to be seated, as soon as they could pull some tables together for us. None of us had eaten here before, so we weren't sure of their offerings until we got there. Some of us had lunch, like burgers, salads, and sandwiches. The others had breakfast like pancakes, a chorizo skillet, and baked oatmeal. It was nice to be able to order breakfast or lunch. The beverages were really fancy. The strawberry lemonade came with whipped cream on top and they had many different coffee flavors to choose from. Our server was friendly and most of the food was good. Certain items were really good and some of the sides, like the fries were just ok. It might have been a timing issue to get all the food out at the same time, but the fries were not hot. The baked oatmeal was more like a loaf of oatmeal than a bowl of porridge. Overall, it was a good experience for our first visit. I look forward to trying it again. There is another location that is closer to home that I might try.

I LOVE Bisbee Breakfast Club not only is the service always excellent but the food!! YUMMY!! I have lived Marana/Tucson for over 13 years and I will say this is by far one of my favorite places to eat and love the vibes in the little restaurant too. My favorite dish is there Erie Street Club and to me it's the best Club sandwhich I've ever had so much flavor mouthwatering with every bite. Now is the prices a bit high? YES lol I cant deny it's a place you treat yourself to as prices aren't cheap but I will also admit it's worth every penny. I don't ever feel bad or have a greasy feeling with anything I have tried it all is just great ingredients and made to perfection. So is it worth the try? I say YES, YES, YES from the great customer service , to the cozy vibes inside the restaurant itself, and for the delicious food is VERY worth the little extra money. Also if you want to iust slide in for a coffee and Sticky Bun that is a great way to start the day because those Sticky Buns all warmed up are some kind of yummy you cant make at home :).

I've been to the original in Bisbee, and another in Tempe. The service was wonderful, very attentive, and the orders were correct. I do feel like it wasn't worth the price. A previous reviewer said the water tasted like toilet water... it didn't. We only ordered water because the drinks were priced so high, I couldn't justify $4 for a fountain drink, drip coffee, or tea. The waffle wasn't warm enough to melt my butter. I understand waffles get cold fast. And 2 "strips" of bacon was more like 1 cut in half and given to you. The eggs reminded me of the defac in the army. Also, would not pay $5 for a side of hashbrowns that was so small. Probably won't come back, but it wasn't because of the service. I feel like an old man complaining about prices... but gees... the drinks really got to me. Thanks for breakfast.

hate saying this but i just had a TERRIBLE experience over at bisbee in downtown marana. im shocked because weve always had such excellent service and food any other visit. i ordered my eggs over easy, as i have been doing my entire life. when they arrived i noticed that the egg whites were still very runny, and as anyone with what i assumed a basic understanding of food safety might tell you: undercooked egg whites are a safety hazard. over easy simply means that the yolk is fully runny, where over medium its semi-soft. ALWAYS the egg white should be cooked. when i brought up my concerns the waitress brushed me off saying "thats just how we do it here" and when i tried to explain that is not what over easy means anywhere else and theyre PURPOSEFULLY undercooking eggwhites she became very snide and snippy and condescending to me saying "well thats why we have the asterisk on the menu about consuming raw food". i wound up leaving in tears because i no longer feel safe eating there nor did i want to be snipped at anymore. when we got home i tried to call in to speak to a manager; guess who?? same snippy rude response. a customer is telling you that youre doing something unsafe and your response is to be snippy and tell me thats just how its done?? awful, even if i WAS wrong the response was so condescending. i would have been happy to drop it if she had been the LEAST bit appologetic on the phone, but here we are. we loved going here and now we wont be going back, not even just for safety but because the customer service i got in response to raising a valid concern was appalling. and if it IS bisbees practice to cook eggs over easy like that then they need to change that because they could get someone very sick so hopefully one of the decent managers sees this and raises the concern, because i have a feeling this manager isnt planning on actually saying anything. guess its good a dunks is going in...

I have been to this location a few times and I think I am done, Marana we need another restaurant to eat at! Very poorly managed business!!! Last time I visited, I had to wait almost 5 minutes STANDING at the door before anyone even said good morning. It looked like they were busy which I understand but I should have been greeted and told someone would be right with me at the very least but all FIVE girls that were on duty did not have time for it. I finally get seated and I notice one of the waitresses in the back flirting with one of the cooks and 2 of her co workers were just talking trash about her and about how she was married (turns out the girl flirting was my waitress and I had to wait for her to get done). I really just wanted to come in for breakfast and a coffee but before anyone even asked me if I wanted a drink this is all I had to deal with. As for the food it's extremely over priced and not worth paying $15 for an order of pancakes and the behavior of some of the cooks is totally inappropriate looking at how they behave and talk to each other is very surprising and makes me wonder where the manager is in all this? If you are reading this, I highly recommend you just go to one of the drive...

Stopped in on a Sunday. Was busy but the wait was less than 5 minutes. I kinda wanted to leave after sitting down at table with two companions. It had sort of a smell I didn’t think was pleasant. My have been the cleaning solution used on tables. Anyway, ordered our food, one ordered the Fortune (she said it was good and it was a large serving), another ordered the chicken salad sandwich, I ordered the Wingdinger. Hash browns were super thin, and crunchy as in overcooked versus a nice brown crust. No potatoes underneath, just the crunchy part. And very little cheddar cheese which was highlighted on the item description. Eggs were ordered over medium and they came runny white with a not spicy sausage gravy on top. It was supposed to be spicy ( I know that is subjective). Anyway, didn’t want to send it back since companions food was there. So food was not good for me, fair to good for companions. The place is EXTREMELY loud. Couldn’t hear conversation at table. Lastly, the floors had trash on them from previous diners. Just got the feeling the place wasn’t very clean. Watched bus boy just wipe food onto the floor and use a dirty looking cloth to wipe tables. . ...
