By far, the worst location for fast food. I’ve had a few bad times here, but tonite beats them all.
Wife had me go there to grab her burger, fries, and two girls scout cookie shakes. $21.26, wife ordered on her app.
So I go to pick it all up, roll up to drive thru, and I only have one minivan in front of me which is sitting at the order speaker.
After nearly 10 minutes, a passenger of the minivan exits the ride, and rushes inside. 2 min later, the minivan finally places their order and moves on. I pull up to the box…and sit.
After what feels like another 10 minutes, and me asking a few times if anyone was there, I decide I’ll just round the corner and tell them at the window of my mobile order. So I round the corner…
And not only is the minivan from earlier there, but there is a car in front of it. Keep in mind, I’ve been in this drive thru for over 20 min at this point (I couldn’t back out and just leave, as we did a mobile order, and you can’t cancel those). Maybe 5 minutes later, the front car goes. Another 10 later, the minivan gets their food and takes off. Then I pull up to the window.
I explain that nobody said anything at the speaker, and I give the name of my mobile order. The guy at least apologizes, and goes to gather my order. 5 min later, he hands me a small bag, and starts to back away to close window. I stop him and say, I’m missing both shakes. Dude stares at me and says, oh we don’t have those.
So…this guy was about to just give me a burger, medium fries, and that’s it…for $21.26. Doesn’t say, hey we don’t have those, is there something else you like? Would you like a refund of the difference? Nothing.
I hand the bag back, and ask for the full refund. He says he will see what he can do.
And leaves me there, at that window, with at least two more cars lining up behind me, for ANOTHER 10 minutes.
And when he does give my refund, he only gives me $20.26, missing the extra dollar (I know it’s just a dollar, but still…).
So yeah, will never come here to this spot again, and will advise all I know I’m the area to not go here either. I understand worker shortages and stuff, but there was no excuse for not saying anything at the speaker box in the first place. If they did, I would have been educated about the shakes not being available and they could have processed the refund early.

Read moreMy wife and I ordered through your app and the app projected 7-10 minutes to be ready. We ordered in advance and arrived to a lengthy drive through line. We then just spent 25 minutes waiting in the drive through and never made it to the ordering box. We were frustrated since the cars were not moving (we timed the car at 15 minutes without moving at the ordering box) and went inside. Three other cars backed out and left the drive through at the same time as us.
Indoors, the employees were observed with no regards to quality or timely purpose.
While inside, we observed our food sitting on the counter getting cold (not under a heat lamp) while they were making our two chicken wraps. It took additional time, and they packed everything up and finally we got our food.
Upon arriving at home, we realized that a whole bunch of our food was wrong. Both chicken wraps ordered were completely incorrect types. We ordered 2 packs of egg rolls for a total of 6 of them (surprise, the cost went up again), and an entire order was missing and substituted them for soggy chicken nuggets. Because they sat for so long on the counter, everything is soggy, and the egg rolls were burnt.
While I appreciate the offer from the manager on duty to remake and replace the food, having a baby with me meant I had no ability to turn around and retrieve remade food.
This isn’t the first time we have complained and someone said they would reach out to us, and yet we still have yet to hear from anyone. Someone from a corporate office PLEASE just go visit and address quality control with the food and...
Read moreI'm sorry, I thought I wrote a review - must not have saved it. I have been to this location four times - it is a two minute drive for me. I always use the app to order and pay. The first trip was great - everything seemed smooth. The second trip, they were missing a specific bread - no big deal, I was give a choice as a replacement. It happens and it was handled well. The third time is when it got really shaky - some food was hot, some was not and it took quite a while considering how busy the place was at that time. Last night was a nightmare. It was more than an hour between ordering in the app and getting my food. I sat in the driveway for 45 minutes. I thought the lady ahead of me was stuck or something - nope, no one was taking orders. When she finally made her order, I pulled up to tell them I was here, but not one was on the other end. I pulled to the window instead. The same dude asked me three different times about what my order was and if I had paid. The burger, fries and strips were handed to me, but not the nuggets. I had to wait for several more minutes. When I got home and opened the food, I was very disappointed. Cold burger that tasted off, didn't have my changes and that I didn't eat. Cold fries that were underdone mush that were inedible.
