Just another modern burger spot, complete with edison bulbs and raw wood. This place seems to be a bit confused on its identity to me. We've got the 60's diner vibe with red and white seating, burnt wood/modern barndominium stylized wall furnishings, Edison bulb lighting and neon signs with beer brands hanging all over the place. Very bizarre, I'm not sure what vibe they're going with here. Feels out of place for Marble Falls. Maybe I'm just old now. The food was as mid as it gets sadly. The classic smash burger was grey, no crisp or anything you'd expect from a smash burger. Juices soaked through the bun, raw white onion, 2 pickels, lettuce and tomatoe. Nothing new here, sadly. The fries tasted like the crisp cut ones you'd buy frozen at HEB and re-fry. All that and a soft drink for $20. They serve alcohol here, so if you aren't hammered before coming, you'd probably be best getting hammered before eating. All-in-all, just feels like your typical big city modern burger joint experience. High prices, weird vibes, shallow food and a regretful experience. I...
Read moreTo start, restrooms are a hunt. So walk out of the front, down the steps around the corner… the adventure continues… to an unmarked side door… not those side doors this one… Burgers were solid, not supper smash burger just a solid burger. If you don’t like your patty pink (rear-medium rear) dripping grease then do go here. The burger basket just comes with a burger, fries and drinks sold separate so you’re looking at $20 regular burger and fries with a soda. (Go as a couple and split the fries… more fries than you need) The classic dinner style setting is nice. Service was good but walk up and order style restaurant so server yourself kinda deal except meal delivery. It’s a bit expensive for my taste but an...
Read moreTook my mom to try this place out for the first time. She had the double Smashburger and fries and I had the queso pig out and five wings. Took a bite of moms burger and it was very well seasoned and very tasty along with the fries, which were crispy and not greasy. The waffle fries covered with queso and bacon was excellent. As far as the chicken wings, I got the garlic parmesan. Was a little salty and a bit overcooked and chewy. ( I will have to try again) I definitely want to go back and try the onion rings. Also I had sweet tea and it was very well made. I will...
