Really disappointing on many fronts. We went on Valentine’s Day (for my wife’s birthday) excited to try a new place with good reviews, but ended up having a horrible experience. The menu was limited to the Valentine’s Day special, which was a $95 set menu including a (small) appetizer, a main course, a shared side, and a shared dessert. No drinks included. This was not disclosed upon making the reservation so it was a complete surprise. Items seen online were not on the menu and the price was waaay more than expected. The portions were not enough for the $95. Each course took a long time to come out and we were even told to change our steak order 40 min after ordering it since they ran out of it. 4.The food: -the tuna appetizers needed way more flavor… maybe an ingredient was missing. -the scallops appetizer was good but came with only two scallops!! -the salmon tasted fishy and seemed to have a cheap orange sweet and sour sauce on it. -the lava cake was a tasteless browny with a towering pile of tasteless vanilla ice cream on it. We were asked about our experience at the end of the night and we were nice but honest about all that had gone wrong. The manager was kind and very apologetic, acknowledging it was an off night, but not giving us any solution. We said that a discount would help the situation and ten minutes later we got a new bill with one drink ($19) discounted from the total amount. Needless to say, that did not do the job and was so insulting.

This is not a fancy steakhouse and should not cost more than $150 for two people even on a...

Excellent night out in Marblehead. We have heard great things about the relatively new Mai Tai Lounge and decided to try it despite it being 45 minutes from our house. It was worth the drive! All six of us enjoyed every aspect of the night as the food, drinks and service were all outstanding.

Let's start with the drinks. The waiter realized that we were going to try a variety of the Mai Tai's. He asked me specific questions about the first Mai Tai and once I told him what I really liked about it, he said "I will get you a Mai Tai that is just as great" and he was right. Fun, tasty drinks that were served cold and refreshing. The Asian pear infused gin was outstanding.

We went heavy on the appetizers (Small Plates) as we had the Lobster Rangoon (we ended up ordering a 2nd order because they were so good), Thai Style Spare Ribs, Mai's Mango Scallop, Calamari and Spring Rolls. They were all excellent as they all had distinct flavors that were perfect for each item.

We ended up splitting the entrees because we had so much food during the "Small Plates". We were happy that we decided to split the entrees because they were generous portions. We had the Sea Bass, Filet Mignon, Mai Tai Lounge Steak and a couple of bowls of Fried Rice and Noodles.

Bananas with ice cream for dessert were a treat...

Everything from food, service and ambiance was great. A great place if you're looking for Asian fusion food in a cool spot. We ordered tuna tataki, mai's mango scallops, oysters, pork belly buns, octopus (special), and Banana Fritters A La Mode and pineapple & orange ice cream. I highly recommend the octopus, banana fritters, and oysters. The octopus was cooked well, and had great flavors. Oysters were fresh and big. If you like thai mango sticky rice, you'll like the banana fritters: it's so tasty. The other dishes were also good; I also really enjoyed the side salad. I'm usually not an ice cream person, but the ice cream was an interesting flavor combination and not too sweet.

For drinks, we got the expresso martini and sneaky lychee. My expresso martini was good, however the sneaky lychee was a little too sour for my taste.

Our waiter Henry was great. He checked on us often, gave great recommendations and just very personable. Other staff, including Alyssa the hostess, came to check in on us and made us feel welcomed. The space is beautiful itself. There's a lot for parking and it's located on the second floor. I look forward to coming back here next time...

We bopped in here on a whim on a Sunday a afternoon. My girlfriend had heard some good reviews from people. We ended up having the entire place to ourselves. 1st appearance was clean and warm. Her 1st note taken was she loved the music. They were playing easy listening club type music. Not really sure, it is not my stuff but it did fit the atmosphere and it was at a volume where it could be heard or ignored. We sat at the bar where the Century Man (Ben) was tending. The seats were very comfortable and the bar was laid out nicely. I forget what she ordered but I picked the "On The Clock" Mai Tai. This was sooo good. Great flavor with a nice bite of spice. I ended up having 2 while Mel loved her 1st but explored the menu a bit. We opted for the small plates to share and none of them disappointed. My favorite was the Pot Stickers, which there were 4, we ate 2 before I took the photo and the ribs were fantastic. I really cannot say enough about this place and it will DEFINITELY make it into my rotation when I am in the area again. It was a bit pricey but it is located in Marblehead and that can be expected. But the food and the drinks were well worth it.

Myself and my Boyfriend tried here for the first time for his birthday and we cannot stop talking about how delicious the food is. We left with the perfect “fullness”. The portion sizes are perfect and not overwhelming like a lot of restaurants around…. We shared everything. We started off with the tuna-tar, Which was absolutely mouthwatering….. For entrées, we shared the salmon, lobster fried rice, And a side of garlic noodles… I do not eat meat. The salmon was phenomenal, perfectly seasoned, and there was the perfect amount of veggies on the plate . The lobster fried rice was the same absolutely amazing and so were the garlic noodles. They were so buttery… we have never finished an entire meal at any restaurant and I can proudly say we ate every single last bite on our plate . I really cannot stress how delicious the food was and I’m so excited to go back from my birthday in the next couple weeks!! We wanted to try the mango sticky rice for dessert, but it is so popular. They ran out so that’s what I’ll be getting when I come back hopefully!!!! Dan our server was just as amazing by the way!! Very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. !!!
