Went in today at 4pm to get a couple donuts for my kids. Walter G., the cashier, could not explain what type of donut was in one of the racks ( was unlabeled). Gave the excuse that he did not know what type of donut it was cause it was the Flavor of the Month but that the donuts were random and he didn't know. Even when I asked if there was a manager there he still couldn't find out this information. The manager, a woman who gave an immediate impression that she didn't want to be there, copped a major attitude when I suggested that she train her employees better at customer service. After random comments concerningg another store 20 min away, she suggested I not come back. Now I know that if she was comfortable telling me this she has obviously told other patrons this as well, doesn't bode well for income potential. Read moreI was wondering if I was the only person who felt like customer service is an issue at this location. I came to these comments and can tell they are like this every day. The staff is efficient and the food is amazing. However, the staff seems like they are trying to be sad. No smiles, no friendly service, no thank you for your business, just frowns and what do you want.. I was here for a week and came every morning as I love the brand. Everyday this was my experience.
