Ok set up for tables, self serving for everything. I did not like that while on vacation my fiance had to place our order for 6, retrieve all the drinks and food. The manager did not even come over to see how everything was. I understand there were no "servers" but the manager or owner should at least be involved by checking on tables or cleaning up. The table we sat at was dirty because there was no other large enough tables. Different style of eating but not the worst experience. We ordered a pitcher of beer, but the beer was nasty. It almost tasted like water so maybe the issue is with the lines or the kegs being old. Whatever the reason, we didn't finish our beers. My fiance had sangria which was poured from a bottle leaving much to be desired. She did not finish her drink either. The "bartender" used her bare hands to garnish the sangria with a single lime wedge. Burgers were not cooked correctly and tasted like grease but no flavor other than the taste of mayo. The buns were soggy, but I will say the french fries were good. The mozz sticks were fairly good but it is kind of hard to mess those up. There were flies every where, but having paper towels at the table allowed us to cover everything. Bathroom was a nasty mess for my daughter (4 years old). For an up scale place as indicated in their reviews in a place like Marco Island it was a waste of time and money. We didn't eat much of what we ordered, but still paid the bill and didn't understand how leaving a tip was appropriate. My fiance "waited" on our table so I was not going to give more money to the bartender. Maybe they have some delicious meal at this place, but it is probably a local secret. This was my first, but not last time, vacationing at Marco Island, but I will not be coming back to the...

I’ve come here before multiple times to play pool and get some wings with friends and family, so when I decided to eat here with my girlfriend and our siblings I expected everything to go good; as normal. I made my order at 7:26 pm. The food came out at 8:18. 52 minutes AFTER I ordered my food. They weren’t even jam packed tonight. It was like any other normal day with a decent amount of customers. I asked one of the workers, this bald guy, how long the food would take. He asked if I got wings in my order, and I did. He said that the wings take half an hour. It had been 50 minutes. When the food FINALLY came out, my girlfriend’s wings were the only DECENT food. The fries were also pretty good. Besides that, everything was GARBAGE. Biggest waste of money ever, and if I could get a refund I would. My girlfriend’s brother ordered a mahi sandwich. The buns were so soggy that the whole sandwich was falling apart. It’s ok though! They gave us rock hard garlic bread to use as back up because they knew they did a shit job. I ordered the 1/2 lb. Burger with pepper jack cheese and Bacon. First off, I asked for it to be cooked medium RARE. The burger was cooked medium WELL. They charge $1.50 to add bacon to the burger. I got 2 half pieces of bacon that were BURNT on my burger. Tasted like coal, just the way I like it!!! I ended up taking 1 bite of my burger and dumping it in the trash, where it belonged in the first place. On top of this, as I was grabbing a to-go box for my food, one of the workers grabbed my FULL PLATE of Calamari and dumped it in the trash. Not to mention the music was playing so loud I couldn’t hear myself talking, let alone the people at my table. If I could make this a 0/5 I would, will not be eating here or playing...

Hello owners, I first wish to inform you that we have enjoyed your est. since moving down full time back in ‘17 &1 I typicallym NEVEER do something like this, but I am rather Hangry the combination of Hungary and angry due to my recent call to your establishment. I called exactly at 1 o’clock granted it is a late hour but it’s also a Friday and you’re open until what time 2 AM you serve food until in 2 AM but being a nice guy that I am I called in advance and I asked if the grills are still going I had an idea I would get this kind of answer by being such a good guy. I should just went on her say no to my face which never happened but Anyhow, I was so no honey they just turned them off. It’s not in your stars tonight. What is that? It’s not only be rejected for food, but then to say it’s not in my stars. Tonight is a rather cocky, arrogant statement to a customer. She doesn’t know one this taking that to heart Which obviously I am cause I’m hungry. I’m sorry now I’m hungry lol this is my employee she knows who she is I would immediately reprimand her and ask that she call and apologize to me because I was nothing but sweet and respectful and say oh man come on no nothing like that. I said oh really OK well thank you very much. I’m sure you could hear the tone my voice, but I was never rude. It was calm. Marco needs some places to stay open to the hours that are on the sign. There are millions of people out there we would love to have that ladies job or that Chef’s job. Heck I’ll come up there and grill the burgers grill some stuff at the time tonight to make an extra buck or two...

I get the idea and it as the owner describes. The food is not as described the rice and beans explained it had green, black olives, scallions etc. no black olives, no scallions. I ordered the ahi tuna, I have never seen this type of tuna, super salty, also the rice and beans was very soupy see pics, my wife ordered the burger because all other on social media reviews say it's the best burger on Marco, um it is the same oval burger they serve at snook inn, inedible, what is the issue with creating a hand pressed and nicely seasoned burger. The pic of the burger is how much was eaten , I tried it and the meat was fatty and chewy. It tasted a bit like a restaurant depot burger. As other reviews describe similar experiences please consider going fresh especially with seafood. We spent $58 not including tip and due to the process I was not sure how to tip. The hostess/bus person was super nice and so were people at the bar. Also the lighting outside is bright florescent, eeeek. They have been in business for a long time, I guess repeat clients like the food, not our taste. Also Friday in season and there were seats.... Best to you flamingo we won't be returning. Cheers.

Typical American Floridian food. Conch Fritters were pretty good. Friendly service ordered at the bar. Big open patio seating, but well rain protected.

We went there for the oysters and to be honest they were good; fresh and decent sized with a nice flavor and less expensive than the ones at Snook Inn bar ($18 vs. $25 a dozen). Same for the Peel 'n eat shrimps (order x weight). The bucket of beers was also a convenient option (5 x $15) and they had a good variety of domestics and imported ones. There is plenty setting space outside in case you don't mind the heat and don't want to be indoors where it can be a little crowded at times. Now, the not so good, or party tried the Grouper basket (fried breaded fish fingers) and it was not fresh or tasty, probably just a piece of any frozen fish deep fried. The chicken wings can only be ordered as 50 or 100 pieces and they were also tasteless and hard, maybe re-fried but definitely nothing tender (we order the dipping sauces on the side and those were good) Summarizing I would say, there stick to ordering seafood nothing else.
