We been coming to this place for about 2 in a half years not once had we dealt with the situation that we dealt with today. We always dine in always have good vibes nothing negative but the lady with the blonde short hair that big decided to be hustle with us. Don’t know why we never had a problem with her. She first accused me and my husband for not paying when we always pay and we haven’t came here since 2 months ago but she accused us of something that was two weeks ago and we wasn’t even there which had me confused we ignored it and just ordered our food. Then the lady decided to be rude to us the whole time wasn’t giving us drinks so we had to keep going up to the front and ask for drink and the rest of the stuff. She even stopped us from paying up front because if she just assume again that we wasn’t gonna pay, i been loyal to this place even told ppl about it now I don’t wanna come back and will rate this place a one. That lady makes it very toxic when this place never use to be like this. I use to love this place but it’s changing because of one person. I order from Italianos often enough to notice that something has changed. I’m not sure if the staff changed but the service sucks and the food is way too expensive to be poor quality. For example, a couple of days ago, I received a meal with shrimp, broccoli, penne with watery Alfredo sauce and for the 3rd time, I asked for a salad with no tomato’s because I’m ALLERGIC! However, I still received a salad with tomatoes three times in row each time I placed an order. Someone name Cristie wrote down my info so that I could receive another one for free to rectify the issue. However, days later the manager stated that she was too busy to talk on the phone and that it would only be 15% off my order. After speaking to the person over phone who was basically the messenger instead of the manager just grabbing the phone to speak to me while she could to attend to the customers inside, she then asked me to call back because she was busy too and had tables to attend to. I’m done with this place. I used to order from this place at least once a week. The last few times the order has either been wrong or cold when it arrives to the house. I rarely ever call and complain. The week of Christmas I placed an order for a pizza and once again the food arrived cold, I’m not talking warm, it was ice cold. I called and informed the older lady who answered the phone about this experience and the last couple. She stated they would run a new pie out, I felt bad for the older male driver and told her it’s not a problem I can warm it up in my oven. She stated OK I will credit you a pie the next time you call and order one. Well here it is 2 weeks later and that credit is not available. I’m not surprised, I guess nice guys really do come in last. I will no longer be giving my business to this place. Instead I will be ordering from Lefties rite around the corner, I’m sure those drivers will appreciate the $10 tip that always gets thrown to any delivery driver that shows up...
