Marfa Spirit Co. is a true gem—offering an atmosphere that’s as inviting as it is unique. The vibe is perfect for a relaxing evening with friends, blending rustic charm with an understated elegance that immediately makes you feel at home.

We started with the Heritage Flight, which featured Gin, Single Rum, Sotol, and Rum Reposado. Each one was exquisite, showcasing the craft and dedication that goes into every bottle. It was the perfect introduction to their impressive distillery lineup.

The cocktails, however, were the real standout. Each drink was masterfully crafted, offering a balance of bold flavors and subtle sophistication: • The Old Fashioned (made with Chihuahuan Desert Sotol, Piloncillo, and Cacao Bitters) had a rich and smoky profile that redefined a classic. • The Fancy G-N-T (Chihuahuan Desert Gin, Mint, Olive Oil, Fever Tree Tonic Water) was refreshingly herbal with an unexpected yet delightful twist of olive oil. • The High Desert Margarita (Marta Blanco Tequila, Rio Grande Orange Liqueur, Fresh Lime, Lime Oleo) delivered a tangy and vibrant take on a traditional favorite. • The Paloma (Chihuahuan Desert Sotol, Rio Grande Grapefruit Liqueur, Ginger, Squirt, Fresh Lime) was light, citrusy, and perfectly balanced for sipping.

Whether you’re stopping by for a casual drink or celebrating something special, Marfa Spirits is a place where you can unwind and savor the best of what craft spirits have to offer. Highly recommended for anyone...

It pains me to leave such a bad review however it has merit. The bartender absolutely ignored us for 30 minutes and continuously served other people and was bright and cheery to the male patron who arrived 10 minutes after us. Finally once we get her attention by YELLING excuse me she finally came over and didn’t greet us or apologize for the wait... she said “open a tab or cash?” we then placed our order and she handed us our drinks and ran our card without even saying thank you. It was comically bad service but I will say, the vibes here are good. Good music and it smells like a bonfire. So with that being said, maybe take your chances coming here but have low expectations on service quality. AND this place is completely inaccessible for handicap people. We watched a man in a wheel chair essentially have to get carried down the stairs - something very important to know if you’re considering coming here and can’t...

Love Marfa Spirit Co! Super nice staff, excellent cocktails made from their own Sotol (slightly similar to mezcal but a bit brighter) as well as their own rum, gin & vodka.

They always have events so be sure to check out their Instagram/website for updates.

They also have some short order food (when not having pop-up food events) and I can't recommend the hot dogs enough! I don't know where they get the dogs but they aren't the cheapies...so flavorful!

The cocktails were on point! Quite possibly the best Paloma I've been had but the High Desert Margarita and the Chihuahuan Old Fashioned definitely gave it a run for the money. They also have two frozen cocktails which were refreshing to say the least. Lastly, they also brew their own (cheap) beer but were out at the time of our visit. Best part? Everything was very reasonabley priced!

Fantastic vibe, wonderful people and tasty drinks...what more...

Really great distillery in Marfa. They have a variety of spirits, if you like smokiness definitely try their Sotol, if not they have gin and rum as well. They have cocktails made with their spirits. I had both the old fashioned with sotol and their fancy gin and tonic (pictured). Both are very good. We came back to this place two nights in a row. They have indoor seating to get away from the mosquitos and a great atmosphere that is a saloon and speak easy feeling all at the same time. Bar staff are very helpful and very nice. They have hot dogs and salsa with chips that are very good! They also have spirits for sale and a photo-booth in the bar. Outside there are tables and plenty of parking.
