Believe the negative reviews! This location is sad. I believe the positive ones are bogus. I arrived at the drive-thru speaker to look at the menu to see what I wanted to order. An employee came on the speaker and asked for my order. I said one minute please. They came back again within a few seconds and said how can I help you. I said one minute please I'm trying to look over the menu. She replied back can you come to the window because we're on a timer. I said I'm looking at the menu I don't know what I want yet. She came back and said you need to come to the window. I said I am looking at the menu. She says "and I said come to the window!". At this point another employee takes over the speaker and explains that they are on a timer and they get in trouble by their manager if someone is at the speaker too long. I asked for the name of the person who I was just speaking with. She said her name was "Lay". I asked her if there is a menu at the drive-thru. She said yes. I pulled around and then she tells me I need to come inside to look at the menu. I appreciate this employee trying to deescalate the situation, but what "Lay" said and how she spoke to me was completely unprofessional. If what they're saying is true about the timer that's not a good way to operate having the employees in fear of being in trouble because a customer wants to look over the menu. However they don't get in trouble for speaking to customers in a rude manner. Lay needs additional training and doesn't need to be in contact with customers until that training is completed. Can't just be hiring any old body. I never was able to order any food as I was not able to go inside. Neither would I trust them making my food after...

Looked mixed African American, very fair skin with glasses and some facial hair. Omg what a nice experience. I have only had Bojangles once before years ago while on a road trip somewhere. I was driving by yesterday around 3pm so I decided to go inside to place my order. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and needed time to review the menu. This young gentleman behind counter greeted me immediately and with a genuine smile. He offered menu suggestions, he highly highly recommended I get a combo instead of just a sanwhich to try the fries (he swore to me were better than McDonald’s fries), he repeated my order back to me. While waiting on my order, a young brunette girl checked with me that I had already been assisted with my order placement which was very nice. Then the main gentleman gave me my order in hand while once again repeating its contents back to me (extra mayo, add pimento etc). Then he even wished me a safe and healthy delivery since I mentioned to him earlier that I’m 5 months pregnant. What a nice guy!! Very memorable quick business experience. The morale there must be high. Keep up whatever you’re doing at that location. It makes a difference for everyone. I’ll be back. Read moreCame to get lunch at 11:45 ordered 3 deluxe no pickles extra mayo. Asked for it to be made fresh and that I didn't mind waiting.
Got the food right as we pulled to the window ( it was not hot enough to be made fresh). Went to park to eat and they were missing lettuce and tomatoes. Went inside to ask them to make them fresh and add the lettuce and tomatoes. The manager sighed and said it would be 15 mins. Again I said I didn't mind waiting. He said he would bring it out to the car.
15 mins later he brought out the food. We went to eat and again it was missing lettuce and tomatoes.
Went back inside and told the manager it was still wrong. I showed him there wasn't any lettuce or tomatoes on the sandwich. He said he would fix it and I said no I just want a refund. At that point another employee yelled at me " can't you see how busy we are you'll have to wait. move."
I was so shocked. I was just standing by the counter. And wasn't In the way. The manager came back about 4 mins later with the food. So he brought the food that had been handled by a customer back to the kitchen. I just wanted a refund. But at that point I just said thank you and Went back to the car.
It did finally have lettuce and tomatoes but they missed putting extra mayo.
So frustrating to have your order wrong 3 times and to get yelled at...
