Lived here for a year 2015-2016. Worst year of my life. I now have a phobia of my house catching fire because of how many electrical issues we had, and our neighbor's apartment catching fire ( which management didn't even take care of properly so it wouldn't happen again ) The roach infestation is so bad that they come out of the air vents, and when you try to cook, you have to make sure you stand over your food with a fly swatter, because they come running down the wall to your food. Mold problems. A water heater busted above us and the water damage was so bad there was massive water stains and mold starting in my kids room, it was never handled. The water soaked the wood in the door frame and the ceiling in the utility closet, you could push through the wood entirely with one finger, they said they were going to 'paint' it to fix it, really the wood should of been replaced, they did nothing, except let the mold grow. Didn't even bother to paint. There were 10+ people living in the apartment above us, that liked to throw their trash off their balcony and fight and do drugs in the hallways all hours of the night... management did nothing.. My toddler almost fell off of the balcony because the wood on the balcony was so rotted that the wood bars would just pop off, the wood was completely hollow inside, they never fixed it. Breezeways always smell like urine and hot garbage. The playground is completely unsafe for kids to play on. I got the privilege of speaking with someone from their corporate once, who told me in return for all of my concerns, where else was I going to get this close to the city for this cheap? I'm sorry, but just because people are paying less, doesn't mean that they deserve to live in that kind of a situation. We thankfully moved six months ago, but I will never forget living in that HORRIBLE place. They need to...

There’s people on this property that should not be here because I myself kicked them out when I was a courtesy officer for dealing drugs on the property. Now that they know there’s no courtesy officer they’re back, and when you complain to the office, they do nothing. There’s continued complaints from the same tenants about these people having huge hangouts out in the parking lot, drinking and carrying on and still after two years nothing has been done. I say two years because that’s how long I’ve been here. It was worse before I got here. These are pictures of my bathroom, kitchen and living room which I’ve been complaining about since April 2024, I made another complaint in November, and took time stamped photos and emailed it to them, today is March 3, 2025 and still nothing has been done. I rent this two bedroom apartment for $1841 they now rent the two bedroom apartments for $1450. When I asked to switch apartments because of the issues in this one, they said I had to pay a fee. The bathtub has water that backs up from the main line with feces and urine. This is the eighth time this has happened. In addition to the water backing up into the tub, this water will rise from the floor around the toilet bowl containing feces and urine. I’ve tried treating the black mold myself with bleach until they come and actually tear out the drywall. But no one has come to take care of anything. On a sidenote, the maintenance guys are great!!! I really cannot believe how terrible my experience has been living in this apartment. The management is completely unresponsive and incompetent. Maintenance requests take weeks to be completed, and when they are finally addressed, the work is done poorly. I’ve had horrible water leak for months. Every time it rains I always get a flood. I’ve called maintenance over like 15 times. And they never can fix it. My carpets are moldy and trash looking because of how many times they had to dry it. The bugs are another issue. Roaches and gnats are everywhere. We pay for an exterminator and they don’t use it. The apartment is so old that the roaches keep coming back. The walls are paper thin, so I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. The noise levels at all hours of the day and night are unbearable. We pay for amenities and we can barely use it. The pool is never open on time, then when it’s open it’s dirty. The grounds are always dirty and unkempt, with trash constantly piling up in the common areas. The laundry facilities are a joke, half of the machines are always broken or out of service. The parking situation is a nightmare, with limited spots available, I have had multiple instances where I have had to park far away from my building because of the lack of parking. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable living experience. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live. This place is not worth the money...
