Not sure what to think of this place. We waited an hour for our food to come out to us. That only happened because I asked to speak to a manager. He brought the food out himself. Our food was cold. Our server was nice but never brought back a refill after I asked her for one. They forgot to bring food we ordered out all together. We had some but not all. We still paid for our meal and left a full tip. The last thing they could do was offer us a discount but we never got anything from the manager but excuses. Poor leadership leads to poor service. Do better! The best part about this whole experience was the gift shop. I bought a tree light with glitter inside plus several pairs of earrings. Got home, hooked up the tree light. It didn't work. Now I'm driving 5+ miles back to Cracker Barrel to see if I can swap out the light for one that works. The girl put her own batteries in the light I returned and jiggled stuff. It finally started working. She said, it works, you just have to jiggle it. I told her, "I shouldn't and I won't jiggle anything to make it work. That's the whole point of having a switch." The lady working the front end or gift shop was very nice and offered to get me another one. I took a new one home that worked, only because we tried it at the store this time. I love the light but I'm not impressed with the service here at all.

I rarely leave reviews but I’m disgusted with this location. I pre-ordered my family’s Thanksgiving dinner on November 4 and scheduled a pick up at 5:30p on 11/22. Two hours before pick up I got an email stating that my order wasn’t confirmed by the “main ordering system” and was never communicated to the store although my card was charged $160 the day of ordering. I know things can happen so after work I drove to the location to determine what the issue was. The cashier seemed the least concerned and motioned for her manager to take over. The manager went in back to check the order status and after about 20 minutes came back with a printed version of the email I received and told me it probably was my card smh. He didn’t try to show any empathy that I was inconvenienced. He simply asked if I still wanted the order and said I had to pay before they fulfilled the order. Meanwhile my previous $160 has not completely refunded to my credit card. Fast forward to Thanksgiving Day, my husband and I are storing the leftovers and I find a dirty disgusting acrylic finger nail in the green beans!!! This takes the cake. I threw everything away that was not prepackaged. At least I know now to NEVER visit this location in the future.

I visited this Cracker Barrel location for the first time in about a year and a half and was looking forward to a pleasant dining experience. However, I encountered a few challenges during my visit that I believe could be addressed for better customer satisfaction. To start, the service was a bit disappointing, especially considering that the restaurant was not busy. I asked our server, Makiya, for a basket of biscuits and some apple butter, which are well-loved staples of Cracker Barrel. When our food arrived, I found the ham to be quite dry, and the biscuits and gravy were served on a side plate rather than with the main dish. Additionally, I noticed that we were charged for the biscuits and apple butter, which I found surprising. I inquired about this, and Makiya mentioned that this is the store's policy. In my experience at other locations, these items are typically complimentary. I would like to suggest that Cracker Barrel consider standardizing policies regarding biscuits and apple butter across all locations to enhance the guest experience. Overall, there’s great potential for improvement, and I hope my feedback can contribute to a better experience in the future. Thank you!

Upon entry, I was laughed at for asking for a table instead of a booth. I was unaware there are no booths at Cracker Barrel. We were seated immediately as it was not currently busy. 40 minutes later, we had no food and empty drinks while others around us were being served. The server did not bring us biscuits after she asked if we preferred biscuits or corn muffins. I even asked for a refill that didn't come until our food had arrived. My partner did not receive any refills so she was forced to eat her food without a drink. The server reassured us twice that the food would be here in 3 to 5 minutes but after an additional 20 minutes of not receiving any food, she stopped checking on our table completely. After waiting just under an hour, she brings our food and acknowledged that it took forever. I asked what the holdup was and why we have not received biscuits while others around us had. She tells us we need to ask for them to be brought out before our food (even though she still did not have the biscuits for us when she brought out our food). She eventually took responsibility for the mistake and said that she had forgot. I'm obviously not happy at this point and as the wait time was absurd and the food presented to us was less than satisfactory. After expressing our unhappiness to our waitress, she sends someone else with our biscuits and a free side of gravy we didn't ask for. The gravy was inedible. Our "grilled" chicken tenders were burnt, the sides were almost cold, and overall a big disappointment. Our waitress then refuses to check on our table from then on, and completely ignores us while helping all other tables around us. I grab her attention by asking for the check when I realize she was not going to return to our table. Her back was turned to us as she was leaving, she angrily turns around and with a terrible attitude and yells at me that she was "about to bring it to me!" I tell her that she needs to lose the attitude and she tells me I'm the one with an attitude. I'm completely done with the Delk Rd Marietta location. I've had nothing but great experiences in the past with Cracker Barrel but this one was a special kind of awful. There was a manager nearby monitoring the situation who never bothered to check on us to rectify our problems. We will not be returning to...

We sat down and ordered our food at 11:15am. The waitress was nice, she spoke in such a soft tone it was really hard to hear her however. Our drinks came out and we chatted amongst ourselves for a bit. 30 minutes had passed, no check in from the waitress, no offer of a refill on our drinks. We flagged the waitress down and asked what was happening, she explained that there was a slow down in the kitchen and our food would be out shortly. We asked if we could maybe have some biscuits while we wait (at this point we were 45 minutes in). She brought out a basket of biscuits a couple of minutes later. 1 hour in to waiting the manager comes over and thanks us for our patience and let us know the food would be out shortly. We were extremely nice and understanding however at the 1 hour and 20 minute mark we were fed up and ready to go. We decided to pay for the drinks and leave. As we were walking out the waitress comes out with our food. We didn’t want to sit back down so we decided to take the food to go. Asked to speak with the manager (WHO WAS AWARE OF OUR WAIT AND HAD APOLOGIZED AND THANKED US FOR OUR PATIENCE) he comes over to us and walked us to the register to pay however this young man didn’t even offer to comp the drinks! NOTHING AT ALL FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! I asked him if there was anything he could do and that man looked in my face and said absolutely nothing. This place is horrible. We paid IN FULL for our meals and left! I wish I had left the entire meal there because it was horrible. I asked for impossible sausage and was given regular. Pancakes were cold and inedible, dumplings were watery and inedible. This whole experience was disgusting! DO NO PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Cracker...

Myself wife and one of our friends decided on 8/18/2024 after a book signing we would stop and have dinner with y'all. There was 4 other tables not counting us and 3 were finishing up their meals. We waited about 20 mins before we were ask about drinks. I knew then we were in trouble. I had pot roast with mashed potatoes, okra, and extra side of chicken dumplings. I asked our waiter if he could not put the onions in my plate from the roast and he said sure. Wife ordered hamburger steak well done. Our friend ordered chicken dumplings and side order of okra. It took us 43 mins to get our food. I had onions all in the pot roast which I did not want and did not receive my chicken dumplings. Okra was hard (burnt). My wife hamburger was also burned and did not get her mashed potatoes. Our friend did not get her okra. Someone else brought our food out. It was 5 mins before our waiter came back. We told him the issues we were having and he returned 9 mins later with the items we were missing. After picking out onions out of my pot roast we decided we would just take it home as we were the last one in the restaurant. We all agreed to stop by country store to look around. There was a guy working in that store who was a younger white guy in his 20s. We was looking and talking when he came up to my friend behind her closely just standing there looking at her made her very uncomfortable. She moved our way then he just stood there staring. Just was really weird situation and we decided to just leave instead of buying the one globe that my friend wanted. Not a good experience all...
