Buckhead Beans — Local services in Marietta

I work as a residential concierge at a luxury apartment community in Atlanta. We have been nothing but thrilled with Buckhead Beans for the three years we have had their Duke Virtu machine and Bevi water dispenser in our resident amenity area. We had another provider for two years and I exited them because the responsiveness and product availability was not what we needed at a community of our caliber. The monthly varieties of small-batch coffee and the weekly service of our machine is truly appreciated both by our residents and me. The Duke is much easier to maintain with a bucket reservoir to collect ground coffee after brewing as opposed to the constant changing of a constantly jamming paper roll in the other machine we used to have with another company. As a team member with a vast workload every day, not only is the responsiveness to requests fast, but the product and attention to detail of Josh, Dan, Kevin, and Matt are what our property needs.

A final note: I am a former Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead concierge and I am very particular about service. The Buckhead Beans team is truly, as we said at The Ritz, "Five Star" and I couldn't accomplish my mission without the Buckhead Beans team.

I attempted to buy a commercial coffee machine from this place and got a Sales Agreement for just the machine, without coffee service from their Sales Director.

On the day that the machine was supposed to be delivered I got a call from one of the company owners. He was very unfriendly and unprofessional and told me that he wouldn't be making any money on the deal and that the DocuSigned Agreement that came from his company was invalid. That he had never heard anything about the deal prior to the delivery day and that he wasn't going to deliver or install the machine at all.

Lead to delays in my office breakroom, but happy I don't have to deal with them at all. Found a better company in the greater Atlanta area that provides additional services besides...

Our office switched to Buckhead Beans as our drip coffee and cold brew provider, and we are incredibly happy with the service! We've gotten fantastic feedback across the office that the coffee is fresh and high quality, and it's great that it's locally sourced. They're very responsive and able to provide additional services within the week (such as if we need additional creamers or teas).
