Freddy's restaurant is an absolute gem, and I can't stop raving about their mouthwatering Pretzel burger and Keylime pie concrete! Ok, so my wife had heard about Freddie's from some work colleagues. Being from the West Coast In/Out Burger is the King for fast casual burgers.

We also love Shake Shack and 5 guys. We don't eat at McDonald's or any other fast food burger places for a number of reasons and bad experiences.

We ordered for a family of four all style burgers for two kids and the adults.

I am writing this review a little late (about two weeks) and I couldn't remember what we ordered LOL So that should tell you were this review is going. As my wife refreshed my memory. It was definitely a bad experience as both of my daughters orders were wrong.

My wife's order was messed up as well. They forgot her onion rings. My wife went thru the drive thru to actually pick-up directly from them. No Uber or door dash, this was an in person visit.

So, from the start the orders were wrong which was not good at all. My order was right but I noticed how small and thin the burgers were. The taste was lackluster and the cheese tasted like that overly processed American cheese from your days at the school cafeteria.

The fries were just bland and blah and again the burger was nothing special at all. Not seasoned and couldn't hold a stick compared to Shack Shack and 5 guys. When you advertised as a Steak burger it better have some type of steak in it.

Some people have compared this chain to the West Coast Famous IN & Ouy Burger Chain, STOP IT!! NO WAY!! This place couldn't hold In & Out Burgers left overs. Or Shack Shack and 5 guys. This was one of the worst hamburger experiences I've ever tasted.

If you asked me about shakes, and mentioned from 5 guys, Shack Shack and even Wendy's I can definitely tell you about them. This place, I had to ask my wife to recollect what I thought about them. It wasn't good, so that should tell you something.

Do yourself a favor, spend the money and go to 5 Guys or ramp it up and hit Shake Shack at the Perimeter Mall you won't be disappointed.

This place is no White Castle or In/Out Burger. A waste of money and just horrible tasting.

I am going to give this review a break since I know they just opened, everyone is learning and doing the best they can early on! Anywhere else that had been open for a while would be a different story.

Went here for lunch today, drive through only still (very small printed sign on doors), line was wrapping around the parking lot and moving at a decent pace. Very kind and courteous taking my order and reading back, taking my payment, and then giving me my order and some added condiments at the window. Put the bag in the passenger seat and drove home (10min). When I got home I got the wrong order all together, I tried to call but phone rang twice made a beep and that was it, so I headed back.

Went up to door and knocked, door was opened by a gentleman on a phone, who was quickly followed by a working associate, who apologized, knew the mistake had happened, confirmed my order and went to get it made fresh and sent me on my way.

Dining room was filled with "company people" as one man told me trying to get in the door, and probably some final construction work checks, I get it I do the same thing for a living. Not one of them seem to care why I was inside during drive through only. Leadership says a lot in a company to its customers, leaders, investors, ect should always be the first to step up when something is wrong to help the team out.

The employees, the heart and soul of the place were all nice, responsive, and working very hard and fast to keep up week 1 with a major line of cars forming and in the parking lot. This is my main reason for not slamming the review, the people actually doing their jobs were great and I wish them all the best in the coming weeks and months.

The food (second time) was just as ordered and was great and just as ordered.

I will be back, I would recommend, hopefully the associates maintain their drive and spirit here that they...
