Outstanding Customer Service from Jocobby Robinson and Garrison Green I had the absolute pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Jocobby Robinson, the Retail Development Manager and Garrison Green, the Bat Fitting Specialist at the Marietta, GA (30060) location. From the moment I walked in, both were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to my concerns and needs. What truly stood out was their dedication—both gentlemen stayed past their shift, despite having personal/job related responsibilities, to ensure I was fully taken care of. Both Jocobby and his colleague, Garrison Green, went above and beyond in helping me offload a cargo delivery for their company. Although the original unloading crew had already left for the day, these two gentlemen didn’t let that stop them. They explored multiple options to ensure the delivery was handled properly and professionally, all while maintaining a calm, respectful, and approachable demeanor. Throughout the entire process—even when a few attempted solutions didn’t work out—neither Jocobby nor Garrison ever showed signs of frustration or impatience. Their attitudes remained positive and professional. During the unloading, they continued to offer genuine kindness while staying focused and solution-oriented. At one point, I even asked Jocobby if he was one of the store managers because of how well he carried himself (although Garrison carried himself just as well.) His leadership qualities were immediately apparent, especially in how effectively he communicated and directed the process. When he told me he was the Retail Development Manager, I wasn’t genuinely surprised—in my opinion, I knew that he served in management in some form of capacity and he definitely possesses the innate abilities to operate his own location, hopefully here in the near future. It’s incredibly rare to encounter this level of service in today’s society . I arrived for a delivery, not knowing what to expect after being delayed at the airport. But the experience I had at this location—thanks to Jocobby and Garrison—completely turned my day around. I left not only impressed but inspired. In fact, as a former basketball player, I left with a newfound appreciation for baseball (players)—just from the level of care I received. Because of their service, I’ll be recommending this location to anyone looking for baseball equipment or related services. Sorry for not knowing but one name!I found this store at random early in the week on a Google search, and called, to get a wonderful experience from Tristan. That night, their TikTok came up and I was intrigued by their store.
Carve out some time when you intend to visit, because not only is the store rich with extraordinary variety (and vast amount of household name equipment with color ways exclusive to them), but you get an opportunity to learn from people that truly love that place.
The face of their social media was the first to help me. A family was patiently, and eagerly waiting for me to relieve him, because they had traveled from Virginia just for this store. They wanted a photo with the social media giant, and he obliged with enthusiasm. He asked them questions and made an effort to offer help.
Everyone here shares the same passion for serving customers. Everyone is knowledgeable and seek to put you in what suits you best, rather than pushing top dollar products (everything is expensive anymore, due to manufacturer's rigid pricing).

Read moreI was researching BBCOR bats and finally decided which one to purchase for my 13U son. I searched the internet and couldn't find the bat in 30" anywhere. I was running out of time and needed the bat for an upcoming travel team tryout in two days. Then I discovered BetterBaseball.com and saw they had the bat in stock online. Despite ordering thousands of dollars worth of baseball gear over the years, I had never done business with them before so I called and spoke with Will Massaker. He was awesome! He confirmed they had the bat in stock but wasn't sure if the UPS driver had picked up their orders for the day yet because it was late in the day. He was kind enough to put me on hold and ran and checked (who does this these days?!?!). Sure enough, the orders hadn't been picked up yet for the day. He quickly took my order, packaged it himself and made sure it went out on the UPS truck that evening. I received the bat in time for the tryout. He also threw in an awesome BetterBaseball.com red-white-blue hat which was a great surprise.
