Waffle House — Restaurant in Marietta

Came in for dinner with my mom and my three kiddos. When ordering I ordered a double waffle a all stare with over medium eggs and a two side eggs smothered and wheat toast and hash. And mom ordered a sandwich and hash. With raw onions.

The guy was an older gentleman his name is Chris. He had one glove on and one off and the hand with no glove is the hand that he used to get out the hash browns and touch the toast with and clean the grill with. Etc etc. I proceeded to watch and listen. He and the waitress were NOT in sync with one another. He went and round and around and they split orders left and right. I watched as order for order was placed and walker away by the cook and the waitress when she was paying attention.

My order came out and mom got hers no issues. My 2 girls got they waffle no issues. I got my plate and my over medium egg was something. My whites was runny and my yellows was done. My they didntneven give me my daughters eggs I has to reask for the two extra eggs smothered and I then received two orders of hash browns smothered.

When I sent that back because it wasn't what I wanted. He was confused. The waitress wasn't anywhere to be around.

Then my 3rd waffle was ready the cook said here is your golden done waffle as I looked it over it was white not done I began to break open for my toddler a noticed a waffle I had been waiting on for 20 minutes was doughy and not done. So I sent it back. At the point the cook brought me two orders of cheese eggs with double cheese.

I fed my baby waiting for my waffle. When the waitress came and asked if we was good the cook proceeded to say that we was finished done needed nothing else.

Although I said No that wasn't correct that I was missing a done waffle. And he then at that time dropped my waffle down in the iron.

I was waiting for my waffle and he brought it to me Togo. Although I ate it at the house. He just seemed to be ready to be out and done for the night like he had bigger plans.

End result. I think they need to get in the same page. I've been in a lot and thus is the worst service I've ever received I am not happy. I mean if they was busy I would understand but the place was maybe three customers and Two was here when I came in and a additional...

I have lived in Atlanta and mostly Cobb co for 28 yes and have eaten at many waffle houses and this place was the absolute WORSE!!! My friend and I walked in this Sunday afternoon. There were six employees and three dirty tables. We selected one of the tables and moved the dirty items to one of the other tables and my friend grabbed a rag and wiped the table down. The employees then yelled please don't wipe the tables. While we sat there and waited for service. Another family walked in and stood next to the dirty table behind us and one of the employees came over and cleaned their table and took their order. It was the most ridiculous,disrespectful thing that we have ever experienced!!! So we left and are now heading to another one nearby! In my opinion this entire shift needs to be fired as they all seen it and found it all funny. Everyone's uniforms were filthy and they obviously need more training in customer service and hospitality!...

Regina needs to be fired. She is lazy as hell. This is my 4th time coming here and she had been here. Each time she doesn't greet or take the order. She walks to the corner and sits on her phone acting like she's busy. I went in and there was 2 ppl serving. A new white lady and regina. The new white lady was helping another customer and asked regina was she going to take the order for us because we had been sitting for 5min. Regina walked to the corner and sat down not even responding. You can clearly tell the new lady wasnt feeling that but she took our order with a smile on her face even though she struggled to hear us because she has a hearing aid. Regina could have done her job and helped the lady out. I don't go out my way to make bad reviews unless its necessary. I'll be contacting corporate as well because this location is trash and has been since I moved in the area. I drive further for better service sometimes. I...
