Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Marietta

Third time I’ve come here and I live about a 15 mins away, I say because I place my order and pay for it wait for it to come out to me get home I’m missing a whole meal! So I learned the first time to check before I leave. Today same routine get my food check it right then and there in the drive through this time whole meal missing again and they didn’t even complete an order and then messed up the only full order in the bag!!! I went in waited another 10 mins in line I explained the issue to the young lady up front she didn’t understand so I asked for the manager she was nasty to me and the little girl that was working the drive through found it to be funny! I was tired of the back forth with this individual. At this point I don’t not want them to fix me any food!!!! I asked for all of my money back as they continued giving me dirty looks and cussing me out!! Just sad I will not visit this location again after going here for 3 years!!!! !!!UpDate!!! There’s a number there to contact them, I called it and got another another nasty individual it was as if I was bothering him! So at this I’m done with Dairy Queen!!...

I'm so sad to find out that this is under new ownership. It explains the poor customer service and an edible food. We stopped in there excited to try the fish sandwich and enjoy some Dairy Queen Delights. They asked us to pull up so they can make everything fresh, which we were very happy to do. Unfortunately, to our discussed they had microwaved the fish sandwich to the point where the bread was chewy and the fish was like cardboard, the fries had been refried and the sodas were not mixed correctly. We called to speak to the manager and got a young girl on the phone claiming to be the manager. I explained to her what happened and she put me on hold and a younger man got on the phone claiming that he was the manager. At this point I asked, who is the real manager? To just be hung up on. We were so excited when this Dairy Queen was opened close to home. Unfortunately, seeing as how the service and the food has gone way downhill. We will be traveling again to the Dairy Queen that actually appreciates their customers and the fact that they choose to spend their money there. Update: I attempted to try again to reach the owner or the store manager, leaving my phone number. Have never heard back...

Went there for 2 strawberry Sundaes for my mom and I and I found a piece of plastic at the bottom of my sundae. Looks like it could have been a part of a broken spoon or fork, but it was a long thin piece of white plastic that I couldn’t see until I had almost swallowed it!!! It couldn’t have been very dangerous if I hadn’t noticed the strange texture of my the last spoonful of sundae. I looked their number up online to call and warn that their soft serve may have plastic in it from a fork or something falling in the machine and I could not get anyone on the phone at the location. I called at least 3 times and it just rings until the phone cuts off. So everyone, just be careful with your soft serve as there may be pieces of plastic in your order. I have no complains about the food and the actual taste of the sundae was fantastic, but plastic shards in your ice cream is...
