Im very upset and disappointed in not only the quality of my food, but the customer service as well. Last night i place 2 orders for the parm bites with the cheese dip as i purchase the same item quite often.. after getting home i come to realize that the parm bites werent fully cooked and were a bit doughy, the cheese dip didnt have much cheese plus obviously wasnt cooked long either so it wasnt good and was very creamy which has never been the case, and on top of all that i was missing 2 parm bites in one of the orders. I had placed my order pretty late plus had to stop at a couple other places to pick up food for my family for dinner and live almost 30 mins away in richwood so I assumed the restaurant was closed plus it was too late to go back anyways. I ended up just throwing the food out because the cheese was just unrepairable as whatever cheese they added thats creamy was way too much and not good at all even warmed back up to normal temp. So i give them a call today to explain the situation. Immediately the employee wasnt very friendly answering the phone and listening to my complaint. She put me on hold then got back on the phone and told me i had to wait until tuesday ( 4 days after placing my order!! ) to call back and speak with the general manager about my issue! Thats totally unacceptable and not okay with me as a very loyal customer who spends a lot of money and has never NOT even ONE time made a complaint. Im very upset with the way i got treated. Noone should ever have to wait that long to get a resolution to an issue out of their control and they did not do! I wont ever order from this location again. Clearly that was my mistake i will just go to marysville for now on where i get treated like a respected customer and never had an issue! If the manager sees this before tuesday, it would be lovely to get a response before then!! I was told tonight after nearly waiting 1hr and 20 min on a Thur night at 7pm(not peak time for pizza business) and watching my pizza go to the north end of town and back to the store twice and then to me on the SW end of town and it spending nearly 30min in the drivers car.
