I am not normally one to complain but this was the third time that we did not receive our garlic butter so I decided to call back in and speak calmly and politely to a lady who answered whose name was Grace after her asking me if I dropped them in the car and telling her no ma'am I would not be making this call over $2 worth of garlic it's just the third time so I am calling and do you have the receipt. She asked if I wanted a refund or a credit of two garlic sauces it first I said I would take the credit and then I changed my mind and said that I would just like the refund and after she said she would be back to to speak to her manager came back and said that she there was nothing more she could do for me because that girl at the counter said that I there were two missing and I had taken them when I paid and I told her to check the cameras I did not take them they were not in the bag that The Boy delivered with the pizza out to my car he forgot my soda and even had to run back in and get it so she said there's nothing at nothing further more I can do for you so I asked her her name and her manager's name which she said her name is Grace and the manager's name is Larissa and Larissa would be in on Wednesday between 10 and 7. I will be calling she speak to Larisa to explain the situation and I would hope that this can be rectified and they can find a and I am not one to want someone to lose their livelihood but miss brace definitely needs some training and customer service she was extremely rude calling me basically a liar and I will definitely not be coming back to this store which we come to at least twice a week. Absolutely unprofessional rude and uncalled for I would not be calling and making an up for like this over $2 worth of garlic sauce and there was not a problem until I ask for my money back. Being able to get a LARGE pepperoni pizza at a DRIVE-THRU for FIVE DOLLARS is a lifesaver. I can barely get one kid’s meal for that price anywhere else. This is our go-to when we’re out and about or super busy. The Hot-N-Ready pizzas are great, of course. But they also have a good selection of specialty pizzas at a great price (which works out well for parents who grow tired of plain pepperoni pizza). Their specialty pizzas are delicious!!! They have the best thin crust pizzas and their bacon is my absolute favorite. I love the 5 Meat and I’m looking forward to trying the pretzel crust! I'm driving to Aldi after work for a few necessities, and I look to my right and see a young man standing at the corner of Little Caesars and Route 13 with the sign. No big deal right? WRONG! The young man has no hat, no shade, no umbrella, no bottle of water or otherwise. It's 4 pm on the last day of July and we are currently in an excessive heat warning. 110 degrees with the heat index. I explained everything wrong to the manager and the one positive thing I can say is he was quick to bring the employee back inside after he heard my complaints. Afterward, I asked the employee if he was ok and told him to make his way back to the store and get some water immediately. He was visibly sweating and likely dehydrated. He told me he didn't think it was that great of an idea to be out there. I told him his thoughts were correct!
