Neighbors Pizza — Restaurant in Marion

So I'd like to start this review off as the food from Neighbors Pizza was good and the order was correct but the timing and the service I felt was very poor we initially placed our order at 6:23 p.m. I arrived at Neighbors at 6:56 because they said it would be 30 minutes or so when I arrived at the restaurant I was told the food was not done that I'd have to wait 10 more minutes paid for the food waited until 12 minutes after 7 p.m. to re-enter the restaurant to ask if my food was done upon re-entry I was asked my last name and was informed by one of the employees that he wrote my last name down wrong and I felt that the two employees were making a joke about it two people who I have never met before in my life so I went back out to my vehicle to wait and then I re-entered the restaurant again and the employees looked at me and then ignored me and then I had to ask them if my food was done yet I did not get my food until 7:20 p.m. it took almost an hour to cook two large pizzas and a cheese bread pizza now I understand if you're busy but I feel it shouldn't take that long to cook that little of food but like I said the food was good but the timing and service could definitely be better I also got no apology from any of the employees for the long wait but in the future I will definitely have to think twice before ordering...

So to further elaborate on my wives experience. We ordered a 14 inch Hawaiian pizza and did need the larger pizza. However 2 minutes after we called, we called a 2nd time to upgrade the pizza and we were informed that the pizza was about to be en route. Pizza's are not made and then cooked in 2 minutes. The impression that we were left with was that it was either someone else's cancelled pizza, or they really just did not want to do the work. So after talking about it for another minute we called and informed them we really needed a larger pizza. They then changed their story and told us that the pizza was about to go into the oven. After informing them that we would need to cancel due to not getting what we needed they then informed us that we would not be able to order again and that was fine with us. It is fair to submit two negative reviews as our household consists of multiple groups of individuals who order food numerous times a week and they have lost multiple customers because of...

One day I took a client to get her hair done at a salon in Marion... great place... anyhow as I was waiting I walked into a little pizza place it sits between a barber shop and a hair salon in a mini strip mall. Well first let me say 1. one employee (an older woman) or maybe the employer was wearing a bathrobe and 2. a younger gal adds the older woman both occasionally fingered and double dipped bits of pizza toppings into their mouths with bare hands how gross. I just laughed hey I came for pizza not for the entertainment so lastly. 3.The pizza was gross it wasnt even cooked thoroughly it was so doughie and the sauce tasted real nasty. It just seemed like this place didn't care how they looked and didn't care about the product being served to the public. Such a shame!! Someone say Health Department? Back to...
