So my family and I used to order regularly from Papa John's here in Marion. I have ordered pizza from this place twice in the past six weeks and both times I've had problems! The first issue was when I went to pick my pizza's up the kid at the counter had no record of me even ordering a pizza. I told him I had literally called them approximately 25mins ago and ordered two pizzas even showed him the call log on my phone... come to find out ol boy that took my order was hanging out in the office and never bothered to tell anyone they had a order to fill...So I wait another 30 minutes and they call my name to pay for my food the boy is very unapologetic about the whole situation and was to busy laughing and cutting up with the other kids attempting to do work. By this time about an hour has passed and I'm getting a little peeved so I tell the kid that I'm very dissatisfied with the service and he was like dude uhhh I guess I can give you two dollars off! I'm like really two whole dollars off two pizzas that I've been waiting on for over an hour!!!! So I order from here again tonight and it's the same joker's working or attempting to act like they are working. Takes around 40 minutes from time I order to the time I pay for my food that I have to wait on once again!!! And I get home and it's the wrong order! Read moreNew ordering service is awful. What should of been a easy task was full of answers like umm and uhh and I don't know. That's not acceptable. It sounded like the staff wasn't properly trained and didn't have the slightest clue as to what they was doing. I made a special stop on my way home because the marion, Illinois location is the closest to my home almost 25 Mike's away. If this kind of service continues you can count out my patronage. Aside from the horrible answering service the store employees are super nice and helpful, they had my questions answered and order place in a minute or two. Please rethink the answering service...

I said ok can you guarantee that or put it down for the FIRST delivery? She said yes. Next day 1150 and it wasn’t there. I called and the MANAGER proceeded to tell me I talked to a CALL CENTER because “corporate outsourced”. And SHE told me wrong. Then I explained it was for coworkers and at a specific time for lunch etc. it didn’t come for another HOUR. And no discount.
