Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marion

So I ordered on doordash and when I got the food the order was completely wrong. I ordered the new cantina chicken quesadilla meal that’s supposed to come with a grilled chicken quesadilla and a chicken soft taco, chips and cheese and a bunch of dipping sauces. I got my dipping sauces, quesadilla, and I also ordered a 5 layer burrito. I didn’t get the soft taco that was supposed to come with the meal. Also with the 5 layer burrito I ordered it without sour cream and beans and replaced the beef with steak. I take one bite out of the burrito and immediately spit it out. They completely ignored my order and did the compete opposite of what I wanted them to do. There was beans on it, sour cream, and beef instead of steak which is not what I ordered. I spoke with a person over the phone and his name is John and he was very kind and helpful and he said he’ll give me a refund next time. I overall think this Taco Bell needs to work on some things. The inside of the restaurant is always dirty tables are never cleaned off and floor is always sticky. And half the time the food is cold when I get it or they give hardly any meat. I hope they can improve on some things but if I were y’all I would just go to the other Taco Bell...

If I could give a zero rating for this Taco Bell I would! This is not the first time we have had problems with this location. They expect us to pay for cold food and poor customer service. Manager was super rude when we told him our nacho fries were cold and continued to mouth and had a attitude. And they all continued to go to the back and talk about us. We didn't pay $4 for some cold fries! The customers are always right and we even offered for them to touch the cold nacho fries they refused and said we were lying. Are tacos were mainly lettuce with hardly any meat. This is unacceptable and won't be back! And the cinnamon twist tasted like carboard. And I called before hand to see when the lobby was closed they said 12pm we get there they said 9 they just just change the lobby closing time. Very unprofessional and very immature of the mangers to treat...

Somehow the food and service was better when they were understaffed. Now every time me or my family goes here, they miss entire parts of our order, make the food wrong, and a few days ago they gave us nacho fries with NO SEASONING. Additionally since they have been better staffed we have been pulled around to wait for food, only for them to forget we were even there and only get us our order after 30 minutes when an employee on smoke break saw us and asked why we were there. This place went downhill and I'm not sure how, since when there were just 2 teenagers running the place food was quality, service was fast, and they rarely messed up our order! Now there are grown men in the drive thru and it's a hassle just getting what you ordered let alone having it made correctly and on time.
