Terrible! I would give it 0 stars if I could! The employees were all grouchy...the food was horrible! The onion rings (strings) would have been good IF they had been hot. They were brought to the table not even luke warm. The rest of the meal wasn't worth eating (or drinking). The tea was like sewer water .. we added sugar, lemon, everything... Nothing helped it. All three of us ordered different entrees and it was ALL bad. We ate almost nothing & left.. we stopped by McDonald's and grabbed a burger so we would have SOMETHING to eat before going back to our hotel. Read moreThe service is always horrible. If you ask for any condiments that aren’t on the table, you are met with a attitude. I asked for a plastic spoon to feed my baby mashed potatoes and the waitress become upset and never brought it. I had to ask the guy who was bussing the tables and he got it right away.
Food has been cold the last three times I went so that was surely my last time. I guess ‘if’ I return again the steakhouse is the only option since the buffet closes early!
The same waitress mentioned about is also the person handing out the drinks. She is just mean and rude.
