I take pride in complimenting the best staff I have ever met in my entire life. My experience keeps getting better every time I enter their store, and my impression relentlessly goes beyond words. This is not just a typical staff that comes every day to work to get paid. They take pride in what they do and have passion for it. Speed, friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism are their ultimate daily goal.Customer satisfaction is their target. In short, no words can ever just or describe their hard work. They're diligent, awesome, and unstoppable. The owner should be very honored and proud to have them. They're an asset to Cold Stone corporate and any store they work for.

I also would like to shed the light at Aiva, the nicest and most charismatic person I've ever met. Her hard work and dedication speak for themselves. She's an army of one and capable of handling a long line of customers without losing her cool and charming smile. I immensely admire her work ethic and matchless personality. She has a promising future that cannot wait for her to be a part of. I thank you, Aiva for always making my day. You have all the qualities to become the world most successful woman. A+

I stopped by yesterday for my favorite ice-cream "Cheesecake fantasy" and was assisted by Kayden, who made my ice-cream look like a masterpiece and taste like heaven. Kayden is an absolute working machine, she'll finish making your order before you even blink. Her amiable personality and efficiency are above and beyond imagination. She's so great in everything she does, and she gives every task she performs 100%. She another asset to Cold Stone and I'd recommend her to the world if I could. 10/10

I'd like also to praise "Danielle" like I should. Danielle is the epitome of awesomeness, and the role model of leadership, management, and altruism. The first word that crosses my mind every time I see her is "genius." She's so smart you'll think she has a PhD. Super extrovert and very enjoyable to talk to. She's always in control of any given situation, no matter how critical it gets. Customer service is her top priority, and she's such a hard worker you may think she's the actual owner of the store. Words and compliments can never ever depict her enough cause her actions and hard work speak louder.

Sophia is quiet, yet highly intelligent and very loyal to her job. Every time I walk to the store, I see her working. She's assertive, industrious, and vigorous. I strongly believe the song that matches her personality is, "I like to move it move it." She knows how to carry a conversation, well educated, and very respectful...

Normally I don't write reviews, but some things we saw going on while here made me feel like I had to. We stopped at this cold stone a few weeks ago while in the area for a car event. While waiting for our turn to be served we saw one of the workers decorating cakes with her bare hands. She had very long fingernails and she continued to switch between grabbing handfuls of the crumbs (pictured) with her bare hands and rubbing them onto the cake. Then would go about scratching her arms with her long nails, wiping her hands off on her pants etc... and then go back to decorating cakes! we saw her do at least 3 cakes like this with absolutely no washing her hands or gloves. She even came out of the bathroom (touching the bathroom door handle) and then went and reached into the cherry jar bare handed and continue decorating. It just really grossed us out to know she was touching her arms, pants, hair with extremely long nails and then reaching into different containers and rubbing handfuls of decorations on to a cake that someone is going to eat.

I am sure the owners have absolutely no idea this is happening so nothing against them or their cute shop! I just feel like this girl shouldn't work there anymore if this is...

I love Cold Stone Creamery! The ice cream is super creamy, and I love that they have a ton of mix ins to choose from. The brownies they use for the mix ins are very good! They are actually homemade brownies, and they chop them up in front of you. You can go with one of their signature creations or you can create your own creation like I did today. I had the cheesecake ice cream mixed with peanut butter, cookie dough, and brownies. It was delicious! The cheesecake, cake batter, and fudge brownie batter ice cream are my favorite flavors here. The only reason why I’m not giving this location 5 stars is because today there were out of a bunch flavors! I was disappointed that they were out of the flavor I came in here for fudge brownie batter. Today, the cookie dough mix in I could barely taste because the girl over chopped it.
