Burger King — Restaurant in Marlborough

I had been craving a juicy Whopper and I said, Today is the day. Walked in to this particular BK to satisfy my urge. I ordered a Whopper medium meal combo. The service was great BUT the product was not what I expected. The Whopper Patty was extremely dry, not juicy at all and to top it off it was cold. Fast food has holding tolerances. The Manager is the enforcer but in this case I know that this Whopper patty should have been discarded. I know this because I once worked at a BK and I know the procedures.

I do not recommend this Restaurant. I travel and spend a great deal of money enjoying myself sampling many Restaurants and grading them on service, cleanliness and first and foremost quality of the food sold. This establishment is overlooking quality procedures. Food has to be hot.

Area I just thought it working in the area that I visit at Burger King today with a coupon which of course sorry I did not read when I ordered that I had to say that I had a coupon but yes the drive-thru cashier proceeded to make me feel ignorant I asked can I use the coupon yes or no she made it seem it was a bother to her to go to the manager and have it over ridden.. she hesitated about three times before she went to the manager poor customer service what I call this.. I do customer service myself I would have informed the customer in the future let us know if you have a coupon or not don’t make the customer feel uncomfortable- retrain please- p.s. NO RECEIPT GIVEN.. but it was Tuesday...

This is, by far, the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The drive-thru NEVER gets an order right. Seriously, never. They also insist that a double cheeseburger only has one slice of cheese, which is a lie. The "Buck Double" used to be on the value menu, 2 patties, 1 slice of cheese. This location decided it would become their new standard for a double cheeseburger, robbing consumers and keeping the price the same as the correct version that has 2 cheeses, and 2 burgers. I stopped going here a few months back after getting not 1, but 2 wrong breakfast sandwiches and only 1 hash browns when 2 were ordered. The ones we did get were cold and not fried long enough.
