Staples — Local services in Marlborough

I've been a Staples fan since the early 80's when they were for businesses customers only. They always seem to have what I'm looking for, and it's usually fairly ez to find. Over the years they've helped to keep me organized, with their folders, file cabinets, printers, paper, ink I could go on and on, but I wont bore you. See some of the products that I have bought there (pics below), and fully endorse, over they years. Needless to say I'm very satisfied with their products. I would give them 5 stars if they were more organized in the special orders / printing & copy area. I had a really good experience in this department working with Abby, but when she was not there it was a bit of a fiasco trying to get something done. The other people in the department should be brought up to speed with the operations more. Other than that its a great store and most of the time the people are...

My computer screen occasionally started flashing, requiring a restart. When I called Staples the tech. support associate unexpectedly tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, and correctly diagnosed it as a hard drive failure. I only expected to be told to bring it in. She discussed options with me, as this is an old pc, and we agreed a strategy. When I brought it in she was ready and attentive, and called when it was ready for pickup the next day. She happened to be out when I arrived, but another associate gave me the same great service - and then the original tech. lady returned to finalize the process. And the charge was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier with that...

Great visually appealing store with items always in stock. Plus the staff there is always so "gosh darn helpful".. If there's an occasion where the item is temporarily out of stock the salesperson will contact another store and offer ship to store. Which is a lifesaver option...I don't have time out of my day to schlep back and forth for office products.

Staples offers the convenience of hassle free shopping. I really like that option, and the store is always impressing me with uncluttered aisles and deep discounts..
