The “manager” Jonathan is terrible, workers stand around while you are waiting for food that is “ready” bad attitude, terrible demeanor towards paying customers
I thought it was cool the dominoes was offering a promotion that if your order isn’t brought out curbside within two minutes to get a pizza free on the next round I waited for my food outside for up to 10 minutes for curbside and when I went inside I was immediately dismissed although they hadn’t even taken my name they assumed I was someone else and I told him I had been waiting for my curbside order when I told him about the tracker and the timer he became very agitated and upset and told me that it wasn’t his responsibility that corporate told them that they didn’t have this promotion anymore which quite honestly has nothing to do with me and is not my problem when I ordered through the app it said that I would get free pizzas if my food wasnt on time which it was not. I really wouldn’t have written a bad review if the people who were working had not been so rude and so terrible the customer service skills were absolutely garbage I worked at Starbucks for six years and we would never treat a paying customer in that manner there were about four employees hanging around doing absolutely nothing when I walked in and only two employees were actually working and could tell that they were stressed out - absolutely terrible service. It must be extremely disappointing to have such terrible employees in a franchised operation - feel bad...
Read moreHonestly, the absolute worst experience from a dominos I have ever experienced. First, it started with the delivery driver delivering my order to the wrong address. I called dominos, and they were quick to fix that and have the driver go to the right address. When approached by the driver, she was very rude about the situation and said that it wasn’t her fault and proceeded to shove all the boxes into my hands, with a salad and 2 litter and then expected me to sign a receipt with my hands full. At this time, some of my order fell on the ground and the driver rushed to her car and left without saying a word. I called the store, the employee helping me was respectful, and helpful. Got the food remade and said it would be delivered within 20-25 minutes. 45 minutes later, nothing. Call the store, and was told the drivers refused to deliver the remade order. At this time, I’m getting very aggravated because I paid for food that I’m not receiving. After expressing my concern for a refund, I was told that he couldn’t do that, and I’d have to speak to a manager the next day as there was no managers on shift at this time. I asked for the corporate number so I could speak to someone else, and all of a sudden all the drivers are available to deliver my food. I will be contacting the corporate office, about this situation as well! This service was absolutely outrageous, and as a former Dominos employee in another state… I am ashamed for this company and wouldn’t recommend anyone to...

I feel bad on some levels giving them two stars, because when it all magically works out…it’s very good, as good as one can expect from dominos, even exceeding expectations from this chain. The problem is it does not magically all work out very often. Safe to say after ordering delivery from this location at least 15 times over several years…it’s all over the place…basically messed up in some aspect 9 of these times. From a completely wrong order (got somebody else’s) to dry poorly prepared cold/old tasting (like it spent way too long on the delivery route, sometimes a full 1.5 hours to arrive) to they forget drinks, dressing, etc. Then we have to complain and wait the 45 minutes to deliver that…when it’s too late. This isn’t fun, and it’s certainly not worth the 35 dollar (with tip) fee I was charged. When it’s good, I’ll say it again, it’s great! It’s just the ratio of great to some degree of lame or messed up that’s the problem. On the bottom of this list, it was really awful, inedible, hard dry crust without enough toppings, burnt…just bad, somebody on their first day that does not know how to make a pizza yet, failed effort that I got. The great does not happen often enough. It’s pretty clear they need to hire people and get their act together. Then they could earn 2-3 more stars. There’s just too many disappointments ordering from here…a 30% hit rate of a “close enough to perfect” dominos pizza delivery is not...
